HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE buying a car- financing with Danny was a joke. He completely scammed me on overpriced warranties. DO NOT FINANCE WITH HIM. He tries to win you over by waters and snacks, then tries to play music to calm you down while signing a completely ridiculous contact that he is making money on warranties off you. The sales department will not call or email me back. The service department is such a joke. They were supposed to fasten a skid plate, they ended up completely taking it off, I turned my car back in and they said they were confused because there isn't one. I said YEAH, you all took it off instead of fixing it. They ended up throwing it away, so my car sat there for a week while no one got back to me. Then they said they would order one, and it's past a week with no answer or call back. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! More
Had a good purchase experience of an F150 Platinum, followed by the consistently worst service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Purchased a used 2015 Mercedes, 2 of the 4 tires were bald but didn't realize until we drove off the lot. After some haggling, they agreed to replace with 4 new tires (quality is TBD) at their cost (alm bald but didn't realize until we drove off the lot. Took a week to get tires in, we scheduled, but after 2 hours of waiting, they told us they didn't have the tool to make the change. Rescheduled for Thursday and dropped off. Here we are Saturday morning, 10:30 am, still no word and they have not returned our 2 calls. I will never purchase or service a vehicle again at Ted Russell. More

Picked up a nail so I called to schedule a time to bring my car in to have the tire plugged. I had to leave a voice mail. It took 6 hours for you to return my call and then you told me i needed to wait 5 days to get an appointment. I couldn’t keep inflating a leaking tire for 5 days!!! I wasn’t asking you to replace a transmission, just a 15 minute, plug a tire job. Ended up driving into a local garage and they helped me immediately and didn’t charge me. You could take a lesson from them about what customer service means. Guess this also means the next car I buy will have to be from someone else. I need better customer service for my investment. More

Okay, so we picked it up and not 3 months later it’s back on with the same error code. Tried my best to get an appointment to bring it back in but I was ignored. Because I’m a woman? Because I don’t take xx from anyone? Nobody there had the nerve or courtesy to return my call—-infuriating!!’ More

I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge at Ted Russell Ford Parkside in 2020. I love it! I go to Parkside for service. I am very thankful for their knowledge and their ability not only to diagnose issues but resolve th in 2020. I love it! I go to Parkside for service. I feel safe in knowing they check everything because they give me their check-up report. They not only go the extra mile, they go further! Can't beat that! More
This dealership from the service department to the sales department is the best Car dealership We ‘ve ever encountered; and as senior adults, we have dealt with many! We were traveling with our Ford truck department is the best Car dealership We ‘ve ever encountered; and as senior adults, we have dealt with many! We were traveling with our Ford truck pulling a 42’ fifth wheel and experienced power issues with truck. My husband, Dennis, debating about stopping and noticed driving a sign for a Ford dealership so we exited and found our way there. Truck would not even make into parking lot so we were hanging out with fifth wheel in a very busy road. Service department personnel came right out to help and pulled us off road. They worked us into their day with bad news about our truck-it needed a pricey part that would take 6 weeks or longer! We are 7 hours from home! After talking to all our insurances, towing was only good for so many miles for both truck and 5th wheel and cost would be thousands of $$$ to tow both! We’re in a dilema for sure! So thinking of our options, Service Department called in a sales consultant, David Householder, who just happened to get a truck that was a new newer but pretty much same features! We traded! Both the Service Department and I wish I knew their names and David stayed with us till the end to get us back on the road! They had someone drive us to get lunch, David drove us to a hotel and even helped us transfer our belongings from one truck to the new one! They even let us house our 5th wheel there! I can’t say enough kind words about the entire dealership! Martin, the finance department, was awesome too! Ted Russell Ford on Parkside Dr, Knoxville, has our vote for the best dealership in all categories! More
