When the vehicle arrived, the dealership was once again very helpful. When I returned to the dealership, they walked me through the trade-in process and were willing to work with me on the pricing of my trade, they then stepped me through all off the available options. At no time did I feel pressured to accept anything I didn't want. When the time came for me to leave with my new vehicle, they stepped me through everything I asked to have shown, setup and sync'd my phone via bluetooth, and walked me through the on-board controls. In all, it was one of the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experiences I have ever had. I would gladly do business with them in the future and will return to them for some of the accessories I already have in mind. More

So once I decided I wanted a Ford Mustang I began diligently searching on the internet for slightly used cars that would be affordable. However, the New Jersey dealerships (where I'm from) simply could not make the price I wanted happen, despite KNOWING that the price was very possible. So I increased the radius of my search, more and more every day. Until I reached Ted Britt. After having spoke to Evelyn ( always a HUGE plus when the managers are willing to speak to you directly, and do not feel above their customers ) I knew this was the place for me. Admittedly, I made one last ditch effort to have the All American Ford in Hackensack try to price match, to avoid having to make a trip down to VA. However, even this "volume" dealership, who claimed they could match or beat any competitor, admitted they were THOUSANDS of dollars away from matching this deal. So at that moment, I knew a trip to Virginia was inevitable. So my girlfriend and I made the four hour, 250 mile trip, to Ted Britt in Fairfax. Let me tell you, every mile was worth it. This was hands down, the most hassle-free, enjoyable experience I could have ever fathomed. I was very skeptical and defensive going in, with the mindset that this was "too good to be true" and that it was most likely going to turn into a mini-vacation, without a car purchase. Well let me tell you, I gladly stand corrected. Alex and Evelyn could not have been more accommodating and comforting to all my crazy inquiries and demands. They did not try to change the price when I get down there or sell me anything I didn't need. It was the most relaxed car dealership I have ever been to, and it almost felt like I was just spending time with friends. This place is well worth the drive no matter where you are, and if you're already in the area, consider yourself lucky. My girlfriend is already going to be looking at their inventory when the time comes for her to purchase her next new vehicle, especially because we already know the 8 hours of driving is without a doubt worth it. I would also like to thank Roxanne for making the financing part of this vehicle a breeze! Being 24 years old, this was my first big purchase without the presence of my parents, and it was not nearly as nerve wracking as I anticipated. She is one of the most warm hearted, down to earth people around and that goes a long way when spending so much money. So thanks to you all at Ted Britt, and I look forward to seeing you again in the future! More

I was very fortunate to be approached by Tom Ross. He was really down to earth and gave off a such a friendly calm vibe. From the time I arrived at this dealership I was very impressed with the customer service, inventory and number of options. Other dealers wanted to charge me more than sticker for a 2013 Fusion Energi. When I volunteered to write a $5,000 check for a deposit, Mitch suggested I put down $2,500 on a cash back credit card. After processing the order, Andy Britt thanked me for my business and suggested I could charge the balance of the purchase on the cash back card once the car arrived. That'll save me another $400. So, overall, I'm very pleased with Ted Britt Ford. The car was ordered and should arrive in 6-8 weeks. I'll update the review with the delivery process when the car arrives. More
