I went to Ted Britt for the first time to look at last model year trucks. The Sales Manager greeted me as I walked in the door. He introduced me to a truck "specialist". Low key/low pressure guy. It took three cycles to agree on an "out the door" price. I felt they were forthright in their presentations, no BS. A friendly organization. Everyone worked well together with no apparent tension. I've already given a recommendation to someone interested in a Ford product. More

Moses and Matt were an awesome team when it came to my buying experience. Moses was very patient and helpful when we were on the new car sales lot looking for the perfect Focus; going through the differen buying experience. Moses was back and forth between his sales manager and I trying to come to an agreement for the lowest payment option. Matthew was remarkable when it come to find me every possible discount i was qualified for, he save me quite a lot. The best part of the experience was hearing that my old car's warranty (maintenance and service) was transferrable to my new car. More

I am a first time car buyer and Alex was amazing and super friendly. He joked and was honest and showed me all features. I was looking for just a mustang convertible which he showed me the basic one i super friendly. He joked and was honest and showed me all features. I was looking for just a mustang convertible which he showed me the basic one i saw online, but I wanted the premium mustang package and he found me one in his inventory and i feel in love. I never felt pressured during my experience, which I was weary of buying a new 2014 Mustang convertible. Jennifer was the sweetest person ever showed me all the tricks and stuff I can do with my new car. Linda was amazing and gave me financing advice and helped me through this whole process of buying the car. Natasha and Mason I never formally met but she/he helped with the process as well. I love love love my new Mustang and I loved the people that worked with me, they should get a raise for the above and beyond experience they gave me compared to other dealers I went to see in buying a car.
