2014 Ford Escape Purchase This was the third car I've purchased from Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax, and the second with salesman Eric Suter. The sales experience was relaxed and pressure-free, and the service was terrific. Eric was very patient and showed me several vehicles, even having the car I ultimately purchased delivered from the other Ted Britt location. He spent several hours with me. Alison insisted that I drive the vehicle with each engine option to make sure I selected the one that I liked best before making a purchase. The price was over $1000 less than for the identical vehicle I test drove at a competing dealership, plus Ted Britt extends the manufacturer's powertrain warranty at no additional cost. Matt Drennen in Finance was pleasant and patient, and took the time to walk me through all of my options even though it was nearly 10PM by the time we finished. Overall this is how a new car dealership should be run. More

New Truck Purchase I was on my way to another dealership to purchase a new truck when I was I contacted by John Church (Internet Sales) in response to a PenFed/Truecar c I was on my way to another dealership to purchase a new truck when I was I contacted by John Church (Internet Sales) in response to a PenFed/Truecar car buying service request. I figured I'd stop by and see if Ted Britt could match or beat the deal I was getting from the other dealership. I worked with Christian Omari when I got to the dealership and he was very upfront and direct on pricing and trade value. In the end, Ted Britt had the truck I wanted and they beat the deal I had worked out with the the other dealership. I left Ted Britt with a new F-250 and was very happy with the service I received from Christian, Jennifer, and Linda. All of them were very honest and upfront about products/options and really tried to help me out. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Ted Britt and both experiences have been painless. I would not hesitate to work with them again. More

Excellent Visit When I visited the dealership it was with the intention of just looking yesterday. As soon as I walked into the dealership Al asked me if I needed he When I visited the dealership it was with the intention of just looking yesterday. As soon as I walked into the dealership Al asked me if I needed help and immediately took me on a test drive of the 2 cars I was interested in. When I was hesitant to buy he negotiated with fairly and honestly and we were able to come to an agreement. He was courteous and offered me water which I liked as well. Kwin was helpful in explaining the different features on my car and sold me easily on the EnviroGuard protection. Linda was both competent and efficient in her assistance in completing my paperwork.
