The way buying a new car should be I was in the market for a new Ford Fusion Titanium model. I spent months looking at different Ford dealerships websites, including those not in the DC area. But, like many of us, I was also looking for the best price. I looked at all possible methods of buying a car (TrueCar, Costco, USAA car buying service). I opted to go through TrueCar.com. Once I entered my information into TrueCar.com, in less than five minutes I had an email and a call from Ted Britt! On top of that they had the best price offering. I was immediately impressed with Meghan Poole, who reached out to me to find the exact car that I wanted. She kept in touch via email, found the exact configuration I wanted and let me know when that model would arrive on their lot. She then put me in touch with salesman Eric Suter. I confirmed an out-the-door price with Eric (who was EASY to work with - knowledgeable, no pressure) and set up my appointment to purchase the car. The car was ready and waiting and PERFECT. The purchase process was seamless. Lisa Light was the customer service representative: an energetic fun person to work with. She was focused on making the whole process - purchase and after the sale satisfaction - the best it could be. Jennifer Moccaldi and Al Alqaisi handled the financing and offered some after market options. Some I accepted and some I declined. But there was no pressure. Just information and options to consider for extended warranty and service. In the end, I drove off with an absolutely gorgeous, well-made car with exactly the options that I wanted. And I had the peace of mind of the Ted Britt for Life warranty on the car. I also left with several coupons for free car inspections and oil changes. I couldn't be more pleased. They will definitely get my car for servicing and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. A great family-run organization with great customer service. More
