My only complaint was a "reconditioning" fee that was added to the cost of the vehicle that wasn't advertised anywhere and I was put off when it was brought up during negotiating price between my trade in and the purchase price of the vehicle. However that did not keep me from purchasing my 2012 Fusion. More

Also called us each afternoon to update the status - we never had to try and find him to learn what was going on. This Flex replaces our 2009 Flex which we purchased from a competing area dealer. We always have our cars serviced where we purchase them, and we're extremely happy that we chose Ted Britt for this purchase and garnered Gary Funk's expertise and determination in the process. More

Great Car, Great Dealership Bought a new 2014 C-Max Hybrid. Car rides, feels and is equipped like a luxury car but gets mid-40s for gas mileage. I have driven a Prius and it fe Bought a new 2014 C-Max Hybrid. Car rides, feels and is equipped like a luxury car but gets mid-40s for gas mileage. I have driven a Prius and it felt like a cheap, tinny car with little clown car wheels. The C-Max felt solid, was roomy, fully equipped and the dealership price was a lot less than I expected for a car so well equipped. I am tall with long legs and both the front and back seats have plenty of head and leg room for me. The car is for the wife, but I am always looking for excuses to drive it. My only knock on the car is the voice activated Siri. Why Siri? This a Microsoft system, where's Cortana? Siri is a little deaf and stubborn. Fortunately, you can still use the old-fashioned buttons to run the radio and change the temperature. The salesman, Micheal Havey was relaxed and not pushy at all (hate pushy salesmen). Dealing with Linda in finance was like meeting an old friend. Bottom line: Great Car, Great Dealership. I know where my next new car is coming from. P.S. Ironically, we were at the dealership at the same time as Mr. Escaffi and since our car was parked next to the one he was buying, we were walking around and looking at his new car. More
