Outstanding Car Purchase Experience This was my first time at Ted Britt Ford and first time purchasing a Ford automobile. The price of the Edge was fantastic which was only surpassed by the excellence service in not only purchasing the new car, but also receiving an good offer for my trade in vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, knowldegeable, personable and professional. A special shout out to Tom & Nina Ross and Linda LaFontaine for their excellent service!! An Overwhelmingly Positive Car Buying Experience I have purchased over 12 family vehicles in my adulthood and was not looking forward to having to buy another vehicle. I was replacing a car with a t I have purchased over 12 family vehicles in my adulthood and was not looking forward to having to buy another vehicle. I was replacing a car with a truck. I was expecting to have to haggle, to o play games, and to spend a horrible day of negotiating in this quest. I expected I would leave By the time I entered Ted Britt in Fairfax I had done enough research and had visited enough dealers that I knew what I wanted and how much I was going to pay. I was met by Brian Forster as I entered, he got things started for me, passed me to Tom Ross who worked with me to make it all happen. It was so pleasant and easy - a very positive experience! I was stunned. I worked with Nina Ross who made me feel like family - then Linda LaFontaine in finance who put a set of license plates in my hands after professionally and efficiently processing my paperwork She gave great advice and made this part of the profess as pleasant as everything else had been that morning. I absolutely LOVE my F150 and LOVED the car buying experience for the first time in my life! I would only send my friends and family to Ted Britt Ford. More

Service went beyond the expected I went to get a recall taken care of and also requested a scratch be removed and the plastic cover under the front bumper fixed. I expected to be charged for the additional services but instead it was at no cost. During that time I was given the use of a loaner car. So overall I had a very positive experience. I especially want to thank my Ford service representative, Richard Sweeney for taking care of my needs. More

Disastrous! Speaking from someone who doesn't usually write reviews, I just had to put words down for my bad experience. After finding a vehicle on Ted Britts web Speaking from someone who doesn't usually write reviews, I just had to put words down for my bad experience. After finding a vehicle on Ted Britts website, I called to inquire about it. After multiple phone calls with a Mr. Hammond throughout the day, I made sure it was quite clear to him about the fact that I was at work and lived about 2 hrs. away. His reply, and I quote, "Any way you can get up here today" and "Come on up and let's get this done". So, after getting to leave 1/2 hr. early from work, driving in the messy rain/sleet conditions to get there, (while having to deal with rush hour traffic), I found the dealership after about a 2 hr drive. I walked in and found Mr. Hammond and was promptly informed by him that he had sold it 20 minutes before I arrived. Then he immediately attempted to sale me something else I didn't want. Unbelievable. I guess that's just what makes him a good salesman and probably one of the reasons why car salesman get labeled with bad reputations. So, I guess that is what you get with dealing with a bigger dealership. 3/4 of a tank of gas and 4 hours of my life I'll never get back, for nothing. They won't have to worry about repeat business from me because I won't be back. Never again! More
