After getting our questions answered we drove from NC to Fairfax, VA. Purchase/trade in for a new 2015 Mustang In January, I stopped in at Ted Britt Fairfax after much internet searching for my new car needs and speaking to multiple online sales people. My sal In January, I stopped in at Ted Britt Fairfax after much internet searching for my new car needs and speaking to multiple online sales people. My salesman Moses was very patient with me and found a car in New Jersey that appeared to suit my needs. We were ready to make a deal with the car in NJ. When Moses found out that the car had 400 miles on it but had only been at the dealership two weeks he let me know. He understood that I didn't want a new car with that many miles and called to explain this to me. I returned to the dealership and ordered my car. The price was a little higher than the NJ car but Moses and the management staff honored the deal that they had made with me with the understanding that it would be about 8 weeks before it would be delivered. My only complaint is that even though I was writing a check (no financing required) it still took 3 1/2 hours before I could drive away. I arrived at 4:30pm but didn't leave until about 8:00pm. More

The easiest cary buying experience you'll have I had first started at another dealership prior to coming over to Ted Britt in Fairfax, Va; they seemed pretty knowledgable and helpful at first. Then came the actual negotiating; they only offered me $800.00 for a car that's never had an accident, always been on time for every bit of routine maintenance and was all around very well maintained. I told them there was no way I'd take that so they came back with an offer of 1800 plus the 1500 Ford trade in assistance which was kind of like a slap in the face since they pretty much all but said, "hey, we just tried to rip you off." Their price on their f150 was advertised at 26, 670; but of course once we got to the paperwork that was with all my rebates already applied but no tax and titles. I asked how they could price a car that way without knowing which rebates I qualified for prior to coming in, after all this was the price listed online. All of a sudden their "great price" of 26, 670 went up to 31 and some change. After a few hours I finally got them down to just north of the sticker price, but everything was a battle to where they became borderline rude at several points. Then to prove I was military they wanted a copy of my LES (leave and earnings statement); for the non-military this is a piece of paper with lots of information they don't need to be privy to. They told me it was a Ford policy that they couldn't just accept my military ID, which turned out to be a complete lie. Then I went to Ted Britt and the difference was night and day. The people there were amazing to work with every step of the way. The sales crew went out of their way to search for the truck I wanted, which luckily ended up being in their inventory. Not only did they find the exact truck I wanted, but it actually had a better package (and higher MSRP) than the other dealership AND they still beat the price. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the ease of my buying experience. More

Lisa and Roxanne were also great walking us through the extended warranty and maintenance packages as well as the Enviro guard, and being patient while I crunched every number and verified the value. I am usually never the person who buys these add ons but I left very pleased and confident with my purchase. Ted Britt was also the best value of all of the ford dealers we researched. More
