Our customers are our #1 priority. From what I understand, we had Resistall re-applied to your vehicle recently including the upgraded product. Resistall is applied on new cars to stop "hard water" and "acid rain" damage to the paint when it rains. See http://www.resistall.com/Professional/chemical/sun_page.asp and http://www.resistall.com/professional/chemical/weather_page.asp for a complete list of what Resistall is for. All was detailed in the pamphlet that you received with your car and the Resistall contract that you signed which states "Paint Protection against damage to treated exterior painted surfaces, including spoilers, bumpers, trim areas, hinges and side-view mirrors, caused by weather-induced fading or loss of gloss, oxidation, hard water etching, industrial fallout, bird droppings, insects including love bugs), tree sap, road salt, de-icing agents such as liquid or dry magnesium and/or calcium chloride, sand abrasion, acide rain, and accidental paint overspray." It does not stop rain from pooling on your vehicle or stop the moisture from mixing with dust on your vehicle causing "rain spots" as the water dries. It it meant purely to stop damage to your paint.
