I recently purchased a 2012 Ford F150 from Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. When I arrived to the dealership I received a warm welcome as usual in Fairfax. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. When I arrived to the dealership I received a warm welcome as usual and didn't feel the pressure you sometimes feel when visiting other dealerships. I made contact with Sales Manager Khalid Shah who introduced me to Salesperson Daniel Khan. I immediately noticed that the two worked well together as a team in making sure my needs as a customer were met. Daniel was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and was very patient with me as I switched vehicles several times. Daniel gives you his full attention when you are his customer which was evident during my visit to Ted Britt Ford. Shah was instrumental in making sure my deal went through even though I had a lot of negative equity in my trade. Like Daniel, he makes you feel as though you are the only customer in the dealership! Ted Britt Ford and the Ford Motor Company should be thankful to have people like Daniel Khan and Khalid Shah representing their dealership and product!! I definitely will recommend Ted Britt Ford to family and friends. More

I gave "OK" because other issues relating to service was good. The handling of the ResistAll issue, see below, deserves a "Bad" for customer service outcome. I purchased a new 2012 Mustang GT service was good. The handling of the ResistAll issue, see below, deserves a "Bad" for customer service outcome. I purchased a new 2012 Mustang GT in March 25, 2012. During the "financial" meeting after the sales process, the customer service rep, Janelle, said that if I bought ResistAll, an exterior surface protector that the dealer applies, I will not see any rain spots. I paid the $625 and did in fact observe lots rain spots. From April through mid-October, I have been dealt with by many people at Ted Britt and one person at ResistAll. Finally, in July, the Cust Service Rep blamed ResistAll for improperly training their rep. I requested a refund and was told to send documentation etc. I did this and then told the GM would get back to me. After two months of excuses as to why the GM didn't reply, I have given up and have referred this issue to my attorney. The sales rep, Pat Cantwell was wonderful to work with and he marshaled the dealership to quickly resolve a few minor issues I had in the beginning. More
Sales manager and the salesman were great. They offered me a great deal on a upgraded model than the one I was looking for. I was there for almost 5 hours. After ford I went to another dealar and it took as always hour or less to get the answer. Cowles nissan has a very strong dept and it took them 25 min to get the answer but we already own 2 nissans that's why we went to ford More
I purchased a vehicle and was told by the dealership that I had to purchase my own tags? I was to say the least surprised by this. I recieved poor customer service from upper management. Both of these employess like to over talk you and not let you get a word in. This was very frustrating considering my 30 day tag is about to run out. I had my used vehicle financed through USAA a very well know company that does loans for active duty service members and veterans. USAA did let me know that the paperwork was faxed incorrectly 5 times! I would not recommend a purchase from this dealership. They were unprofessional and did not have the correct answers for the customer. I believe when you make a major purchase you should be treated as special as when you walk on the lot and they want your buisness. Well after I drove off the lot I was treated as though, hey we have your money and it's not our problem!I had to do most of the foot work for the dealership, I had to figure out on my own why so many problems, and what was the hold up with everything. This is simply not how you do buisness. I will let all of my 7000 followers for my blog know about my experience!! More

Alex Assefa was an excellent salesman, working diligently to figure out what kind of car we needed. He was also patient as we first went in before the car we really wanted had come out. He spent the time necessary and kept us apprised of the arrival of the 2013 Fusion. I was pleased that he listened to us so well and did not continue to push on the 2012's. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
