We were in the car shopping arena for a few weeks, and with many failed attempts from other dealerships, and pure exhaustion and frustration from the service we were receiving, we quickly realized as soon as we stepped foot into your dealership Monday evening that we were in the right place. From Anthony Saunders’ attention to detail, great communication skills, to Joseph Britt’s managing and non-pushy negotiating , and to James Nydstrom’s insightful financial advice, and quick and efficient closure of the sale made the experience even better than we ever expected. Ted Britt for Life a Joke Ted Britt for Life is a joke! It does not work unless you are in your local area. If you are out of your area your out of luck unless you want to to Ted Britt for Life is a joke! It does not work unless you are in your local area. If you are out of your area your out of luck unless you want to tow the vehicle from where ever you are at your cost. Chevy knew full well that these parts on vehicles were going bad and there is no recall or even a call to warn customers. We were out of town visiting our son and the PVC valve or in that area cracked. Chevy has known about this issue for a while. We were three and a half hours from home and four and a half from the dealership and was told I have to tow it there and pay for it or pay for the fix by myself...what is the use of Ted Britt for Life then. We ended up being stranded for three days till Pep Boys could find the part. There was only 1 in a 200 mile distance. I have purchased every vehicle from then since we moved here, no more. We are dumping both Chevy's from Ted Britt and going to another dealership. I will never purchase another car from them again and I will not recommend them anymore either. When I call to talk with them I get machines or transferred from phone to phone. They know what they are doing is wrong! BTW Other Chevy dealerships have the same type of program and it is covered by ANY Chevy dealership in the country! I have to put a name at the bottom, but I haven't spoken to anyone because no one wants to talk. More
Looking for a new car I am a long time customer with this Ted Britt location. I brought my 2013 Chevy Equinox with them, Anthony Saunders was my sales men back then too. Since I lived around the corner, they would let me come down and test drive cars, AWESOME. They knew I was not going to buy a thing but they would let me drive anyway. I have since moved to Maryland last year. I knew my 2013 was in the need to be upgraded. So I went to a dealer in Maryland they talked a bunch of mumbo jumbo, but and I was not able to get anything with them. I knew I needed a new truck/car because the driving I now do. So I called my Ted Britt in Sterling like I should have done in the first place and talked to Anthony again, who remembered me by name, SHOCKED. This guy worked his magic and I drove off in a new 2019 Chevy Trax, at a very good rate. I will be going back to get my next car. thank you Anthony Saunders, u the bestest. More

I tried to buy a new Silverado and service is the worse I was purchasing a new Silverado and they told me that the deal was approved by the bank and gave them $10,000 downpayment, one week later a get a tex I was purchasing a new Silverado and they told me that the deal was approved by the bank and gave them $10,000 downpayment, one week later a get a text from a person name Angel asking for a registration for an other car car register to my name and I told him that i didn't have an other car in my name for 3 days he kept asking for a registration that made no sense to me so finally he told me to stop by the dealership and when i went there the finance manager told me the Capitol One require me to trade one of the cars that I had cosigned for. I told him that I couldn't that the cars were not mine so Angel told me to return the truck, the sales manager inspected the truck when I returned it and said that everything was ok and that my refund will take 5 to 7 days. 7 days later I get text from Angel asking me if i still want to buy the truck and I told him that I had purchased a different truck so he started to tell me that I damaged the truck and was going to back charge me for it and as of today 45 days later they still have not given me my money back. this is the worse experience of my life buying car, I have purchased about 100 vehicles in the past 20+ years and had never been treated like this before. If any body plans to buy a car from this dealership I will tell you to be very careful that it seems that all they want is scam you. Im filling a police report and a complain with DMV. More

Drove an hour and a half to Virginia for the test drive only for them to tell me that the car I made an appointment for was sold, and they tried to sell me on old cars with over 100k miles that were no interest me. They did not mention in email or through a phone call or text, that the car was sold to avoid me driving 3 hours pointlessly. More

Our salesman told us we could put a down payment down in order to save the car as we needed to wait for our insurance check for totaling out our previous vehicle. We signed the paperwork and went to another building to get our tags and title worked out and pay our down payment. Waited half an hour and only got a hold of someone after a random employee walked by and we inquired as to when we would be helped. Then we're told that they could not hold the car for the down-payment amount we were promised and would have to pay that day and that they could not promise the vehicle would be there. Needless to say we made them shred our paperwork and we walked away. The right hand definitewdoesnt know what the left hand is doing at this place. Plus, their "processing fees" are way higher than the standard for Virginia, even for those like us who are paying cash. RUN AND FIND A DEALERSHIP THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING More
Bad Experience and Angel is so Unprofessional I went to buy a car for my daughter and after an hour I finally found something that would work for her. I then told the salesman that I had to be under $200 per month and that I was going to out $500 down. Keep in mind that the car was only 11k. When i went to test drive the car, the battery was dead and I noticed that the car definitely had some front end damage (which was apparently not reported to Carfax), and some big pain issues. I attempted to work with the salesman and his manager. They came back to me with a deal that would require me to spend $215 per month and put $1000 down. I respectfully thanked them for their time and told them to have a nice night. A couple of days later a salesperson named Angel started texting me. He was extremely rude and condescending. I kept his text messages so that I can show them to the Ted Britt management team and to my lawyer. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. ANGEL SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. My family has bought 10 cars from Ted Britt Ford over the last 25 years and Ted Britt Chevy has ruined the relationship in one visit. More
Sales manager was way too pushy I went to this dealership twice looking for a truck, trying to do my best to get the best possible deal. The second time I walked out Angel began texting me. He proceeded to tell me that no dealership would get me my price I needed or the money for my trade and I needed to "stop wasting my time going dealership to dealership it has been 2 weeks." Due to the pressing nature of my text message exchange I took my business elsewhere and got the same vehicle for 5,000 better than their "best offer". No one should feel pushed into buying a vehicle and I felt as though this man attempted to bully me into signing a deal on a major financial decision that was not right for me. I will recommend that every single person take their business elsewhere if this is how their management team treats customers. One positive note. Anthony was a fantastic, cool, calm, collected salesmen and treated me with nothing but patience and respect. I hope he can work somewhere that his management team does not ruin sales for him. More
