I would give a zero to this place. I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty but warranty doesn’t cover anything. When car is in shop they are supposed to give you a loaner car. Never have one to give. Damaged my car and did not take responsibility. Instead they were rude and pushed me out the shop. Call police will take legal action. Beware More

Tedd Britt is still demonstrating negligence towards their Customers' safety. I previously posted a review exposing my experience with the excuse of a business. Here is an update: I received a phone call from Dave Lantz, Customer Experience Manager, the day before my maintenance appointment cancelling said appointment. I was told that the dealership no longer would do business with me after I called out their pathetic business practices and informed them I would be pursuing Lemon Law litigation for my incredibly defective vehicle. They are refusing to fix the manufacturing deficiencies and gross safety issues. Tedd Britt is sticking their head in the sand, hiding from addressing issues their Customer is experiencing. Incredible. Buy a Ford. More
Tedd Britt Chevrolet (Sterling, VA) and General Motors has given me the run around. They have shown gross negligence by refusing to replace my newly purchased 2020 Silverado 1500. I have been tossed around from manager to manager, from advisor to advisor. Nobody wants to be the one caught with the customer (me) in a potential lawsuit: I have put less than 15,000 miles on the vehicle, hardly owned six months. First owner. The vehicle has been in FIVE TIMES for various electrical issues including brake system failures (x3), and most recently the vehicle shut off while I was traveling +60mph. I fear for my safety. See attached invoice photos. Their staff sees you as a number - a price tag. Their “Customer Experience Manager” did not even look at me, he talked over me, and downright refused to help me - would not even give me the customer service phone number. He said it was not his problem. Incredible. Don’t waste your time, or your safety. Buy a Ford. More
Ted Britt is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I went online to view vehicles, found the one I wanted and went to the dealership. Anthony was fantastic throughout the whole process. I found my new (to me) Bolt online, and the description that they posted matched the car perfectly. In fact, they probably undersold the vehicle! It was beyond my expectations. Further, my salesman Eric R that they posted matched the car perfectly. In fact, they probably undersold the vehicle! It was beyond my expectations. Further, my salesman Eric Ransome was ready for me when I arrived (from Pennsylvania) and was as laid back and easy to work with as any salesman could possibly be. From the time I arrived at the dealership, until I was walking out with my docs on a thumb drive was just over 90 minutes! I would definitely do business with Eric, and Ted Britt again. Highly recommend. More
I strongly recommend that you do NOT take your Volt or Bolt into this dealership for any repairs related to the electronics. I have been trying to get them to fix a 'reduced propulsion mode' issue for 2+ Bolt into this dealership for any repairs related to the electronics. I have been trying to get them to fix a 'reduced propulsion mode' issue for 2+ years, spent thousands of dollars, and still they are screwing around with it. I am about to go get the vehicle from them and find another dealership who is hopefully better qualified to address these issues. and they keep charging me diagnostic fees when I take it back in for the same problem. (I have not had any service issues with them for problems NOT related to the electronics.) so if you have a Volt/Bolt, and any electronics issues, suggest you take it somewhere else. I generously give them one star, because I think their service reps are trying to help, but unfortunately those guys don't fix cars. More
