I asked for an inspection to be done and it didn’t happen. I usually get a report listing the conditions of things, but never got it. I do not look forward to bringing my vehicle in anymore. The staff happen. I usually get a report listing the conditions of things, but never got it. I do not look forward to bringing my vehicle in anymore. The staff at the service desk are barely professional. Past couple times I was there they barely communicated to me what was going on with my vehicle. This past time, the inside of my vehicle was more dirty than when I left it. The mechanics don’t wash their hands before touching things like my steering wheel. The stitching isn’t white anymore from last time and it was grimy when put my hands on it this time around. Also, I can tell they left my driver side door open when it was being worked on because there was dust and some white shavings in my vents and down along the inside of my door. I’m upset, and have been for a while with the Ted Britt dealership. I had a really unpleasant interaction with one of the guys in the parts department a couple times back. After three months of dreading it, I finally went back to talk to someone about my situation. The manager who I spoke to called that parts guy in to see if he would work with me, but he didn’t and was rude on top of it. The manager helped me out and made it right. Anyways, it was a bad experience and I lost trust in that dealership after that. Bringing my vehicle in again this past time was just another disappointment. I’m not the one to complain but I felt like I needed to speak up. More
As seasoned buyers, we felt rushed with this experience. We had to request team members to leave the room so we could talk in private. No vehicle manual was in the new truck. We had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for it to arrive only to have the wrong manual mailed. Finance Manager neither returned our call nor email re our questions on the registration forms. Salesman was very friendly. Manager was not congenial & just wanted to close the deal before we even decided to purchase. There were no other customers in the dealership but they were in a rush to move us out. It wasn’t near closing time but would have thought otherwise. More

After being told that the intended service technician was unavailable and a second tech could not be lined up either, I was then told a ride along would not be necessary and that they would take care of the problem. It was explained to me that the differential had to be replaced and that they would have to file a claim with their customer loyalty program, Ted Britt For Life, to cover the cost. It would take some time they said. Three weeks go by without a call and when my call is finally returned, they denied the conversation to correct my issue ever occurred. Just be honest and tell my you aren’t going to fix the car you sold me. Don’t tell me I made it all up. Ted Britt For Life is NOT a warranty and can be manipulated by them as they see fit. It provides ZERO protection for you as a customer. Beware. More
What a truly horrible experience. Bought a car with 3 miles on it, broke down the same day needing a repair that "would take two weeks." Heard nothing for three weeks and was told to call Chevy Corporate to "push it through" (as if I'm going to get a better contact at a giant corporation than the people who work for the dealership). After a month of no updates and no progress, I submitted for a lemon law reimbursement that was stalled at every step, including being told they couldn't replace the car because there was nothing available to match the model that I bought. At one point the dealership apparently sat on paperwork for a week because "They thought this was already handled" despite they doing nothing. It took more than three months to finally settle and get my money back. "Ted Britt for Life" isn't a perk, it's a warning that you're stuck with their terrible service from the moment you drive off the lot. Don't know what car I'll replace this with, but whatever model, it won't be from a Ted Britt dealership. More

After months of frustration Geico suggested an unannounced check on the vehicle. I found it in the back. It started right up. The radio wasn't working but that was because the middle wasn't plugged in. I called the GM (Jason Fischbein to ask about their total lack of call backs and comminication: "Our communication could be better; but if we were perfect you couldn't afford us! Ha Ha Ha... He has a singular wit. I bought my car there from a very nice man. I found their service department who I was very nice to the day Geico and I visited to be dismissive and did not dream to me. Even when directly spoken to. I don't know if this was a thing between Geico and the Dealer or whst I just know the next dealer said my car shouldn't have been there for more than 30 days no matter what they had to do. Sure enough Mark, the service manager who called me only after I left a review like this; said "we have cars thst have been here over a year! but here I am bending over backwards"to "help you out". My car was out of there by the end of the day. Best decision I made and it will never be serviced there again even though it was purchased there less than a year ago. Just totally don't get why they did whst they did. I would hsve been a loyal customer. More

In addition to the required destination fee listed on the They have chosen to add several additional fees associated with the purchase of a vehicle. In addition to the required destination fee listed on the window sticker, they have essentially doubled that figure by adding a freight/PDI fee to the final price of the vehicle. Furthermore, they have chosen to apply a dealer processing fee to the final price of the new vehicle. These additional fees are legal by Virginia law but optional by the dealership to be added to the new car price. Ted Britt has chosen to apply these two optional additional fees which add a significant price increase to the purchase. More
The staff was overwhelmingly caring about getting me into my new car. They communicated with me from the initial contact down to the signing of my vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my new car. They communicated with me from the initial contact down to the signing of my vehicle. Honorable mentions to CJ and Emily (exceedingly friendly too) who were professional and knowledgeable, but went the extra mile to accommodate my needs to purchase my new car. More
