Outstanding service for an unusual problem Got a certified pre-owned 2015 Toyota Camry in 2017 after my 2013 Camry was totaled. First experience, was excellent! Recent problem with the 2015 was not urgent, so I went in to ask what could be done. Phone/dashboard info disconnected and would not re-connect. Dan and John came out to the car to help. After a few minutes, John had to return inside. Dan stayed and stayed, worked on every angle of the problem, at least 25-30 minutes I mentioned that I could not find the clock; he was relentless in his search, but found that there was no clock installed!? He did re-connect the phone, as well as the digital speedometer and another screen. What is most impressive is that he treated this problem as if it were his own, refusing to give up in spite of the time it was taking. Then said there was no charge!!! I cannot say enough about such a level of service, but please know that I certainly will at every opportunity. More

Sneaky This is the first Toyota I have ever owned; but I heard a lot of great things from friends who have owned Toyotas about their great vehicles and servi This is the first Toyota I have ever owned; but I heard a lot of great things from friends who have owned Toyotas about their great vehicles and service. However, I must say, I was disappointed with the service I received. I already knew which vehicle I wanted before I came in so I didn't really need much attention or help; I just wanted to look at the car and take a spin around the lot. I didn't even try to get the price any lower. I knew how much the vehicle was and how much my payment would be at 1.9% financing. So, when I was in (salesperson) Joan's office filling out what she told me was a consent form for a credit check, I noticed at the bottom of the form the payment was a lot higher than I knew it should be and I asked her for a breakdown of the price. She was evasive and stated that the form was just for the credit check and she would give me the break down when it "was complete." After that, I asked her about what dealership fees were added on and she told me that window etching was a standard $297 fee because it's already on the car and it is a great security feature. I didn't say anything yet because I was thinking about leaving and wanted to talk things over with my wife. My wife wanted to see the price break down before we left since we drove all the way from Delaware, so again I asked Joan and she was again evasive. Finally, I got her attention as she was walking by and I showed her an article on what a scam window etching is and I also told her I knew that the payment she showed me was a lot higher than it should be. She then agreed to try to take the etching fee off and to bring me a breakdown of the purchase that I had already asked two or three times for. When Joan finally came back with the purchase breakdown, it had a $990 charge for Gap Insurance and she had "no idea" how it got on there. The computer did it! If there was truly no ill intent, I would not even have had to ask for a purchase breakdown. To end the night, I get into the car to drive home and see that the gas light is still on. Not even a fresh gas light...it looked like the tank was almost empty. I mentioned to Joan that the car was almost out of gas when we were looking at the car when I first got there and wrongly assumed that if I purchased the vehicle, I wouldn't have to drive it off of the lot on fumes. I already knew what I wanted when I got there and just wanted someone to show me where to sign. Hopefully, the car is as good as people say it is. More
Disappointed I got a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED 2017 camry from this dealership in March 2018. I’ve only put 3,000 miles on this car and i already need an oil change. They obviously didn’t change the oil like you’re supposed to do for a certified pre owned. They also gave me the car with less than half of a tank of gas. The car had cat hair all inside and was sticky in places so they didnt even clean the inside. They also left scratches on the paint of the molding so i had to come back to get my car cleaned and have the molding replaced which should have been done before the car was even sold. I had to go back a third time because they took my ice scraper out of my car and never put it back in. It’s a certified pre owned car and they treated it like it was a buy as is. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The service rep came out and said I needed 4 new tires. She said it would not pass inspection without them. I asked to see the tires and why they needed to be replaced. We went into the service area and I asked to see the damage they were talking about. The service man said he found a nail in one tire and a slash in another. I asked why they couldn’t just plug the nail hole and he said they could. I asked why they wouldn’t pass it for inspection and he said he never said he wouldn’t, he said it was only a recommendation. The service rep was trying to get me to buy 4 new tires for no reason. I left a message with the service manager the next Day but never received a call back. Been going here for 15 years. I will never come back. More

Horrible customer service I recently bought a second car from Team Toyota Langhorne, and I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla which, I recently bought a second car from Team Toyota Langhorne, and I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla which, unfortunately it has some scratches on front and rear bumper as well as 2 dents on the left passenger's door. The sales consultant assured me that the dealership can take care of it at no charge, but because we bought the car on Saturday, he told me to call on Monday to schedule an appointment with the body shop and referred to some person. So, I called Team Toyota of Langhorne and first it took them quite a while to find that person (the sales consultant either gave me a wrong name or told to contact a different department), then, in 20 minutes, after i was connected to that person he didn't pick up the phone, so i had to leave a voicemail. One and half our later and 3 more calls, no one got back to me. I spoke to some lady from body shop and she referred me to some other person and promised that they will get back to me within an hour - 1.5h later still nothing. This was my second purchase from Team Toyota of Langhorne and I regret it as never before. My biggest concern when buying the car in that condition was that i'll have to deal with all that, and now it has been about 3 hours and I can't make an appointment to fix the scratches. PLEASE, DON'T TRUST ANY SALES CONSULTANTS OR SALES MANAGERS WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL FIX EVERYTHING EASILY, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!! More
