GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM THE START Right rom the start I had great experience with my salesman, Rich Magaziner. I spoke to him over the telephone about a 2018 Toyota Avalon Limited that Right rom the start I had great experience with my salesman, Rich Magaziner. I spoke to him over the telephone about a 2018 Toyota Avalon Limited that I was interested in. All of my questions were answered to the best of his ability. Rich went the extra mile and went out to the lot, inspected the Avalon, called me back and stayed on the telephone with me as he inspected the Avalon again and gave me the play by play on the condition of the Avalon as it was in immaculate condition. As long as I have been purchasing cars, no other salesman has gone out of their way to do that. I set up an appointment with Rich to see the Avalon and upon my arrival I was greeted in a very pleaseant mannner. Rich and I spoke somemore about the Avalon and then went for a test drive. Upon returning from the test drive, I decided to purchase the Avalon. I must add that there wasn't any pressure from Rich which made me feel comfortable working with him. All of the paperwork was fully explained to me by Rich before I signed on the dotted line. Once I finished with Rich, I was introduced to the Finace Manager, James Donahue who also greeted me with a warm welcome. James Donahue went over a number of items with me and explained them step by step and anything that I didn't fully understand he went over them again including the Toyota Extra Care Vehicle Srevice Agreement which I purchased. After all of the paperwork was signed, I had friendly conversation with both Rich and James which was great. Even when I picked up the Avalon, the friendly attitude was still there. All in all, I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Toyota Avalon Limited and dealing with both Rich Magaziner and James Donahue. More

Well my experience working with the used department at Team Toyota of Langhorne has restored my faith that there are some good people left in the car business. I worked directly with Rick Magaziner in sales and he did not pressure me or treat me like anotrher number. He made me feel like I was the only client he had and even after driving the car off the lot, he continued to follow up with me to make sure all was good. He also made sure that my experience inthe finance department was as good as the sales experience. He guided me to which warranties would make the most sense for my needs of the vehicle. I also wanted to say that not only do I think I paid a fair price,m but the val;ue that they put on my trade was also fair. Thank you Team Toyota for employing quality professional people. More

Bad Service Department The service department does not stand behind their work. 2016 Toyota Camry with 20k miles was driven into water. An insurance claim was made and the The service department does not stand behind their work. 2016 Toyota Camry with 20k miles was driven into water. An insurance claim was made and the dealership said it needed a new short block. The work was done and within 600 miles the upper engine was making noise. Metal shavings were founding the oil. Team Toyota does not want to take responsibility for an engine with 20k miles on it going bad within 600 miles of them working not it. Either they made error in replacing parts or failed to correctly diagnose the problem. The reason the get to stars is because they were professional and polite while denying any responsibility. More
Deceitful sales people They will say anything to get you in the door. The "used car salesman" reputation applies to new car sales man as well. Also made several paperwork errors, almost gave me the wrong car. Said my wife "looked like a secretary" and asked if she could type the application on his paperwork. Couldn't remember my name very pushy to get me in the door. I DO NOT recommend them. More
Very bad service department Example: I brought my 7 year old, 60,000 mile Toyota Prius in for service, they said my rear brakes were going to seize up and needed to be replaced. Example: I brought my 7 year old, 60,000 mile Toyota Prius in for service, they said my rear brakes were going to seize up and needed to be replaced. There were no symptoms I could discern. Over $800 and 13 months later, my left rear brake did seize up. I brought it in and they said my brake parts were after market and they fail more often. I had not been given a choice of Toyota or after market parts so I was not happy. During the test drive they said the right one was also seizing and that should be replaced. What's the chance that both left and right parts would fail at the same time when they were only 13 months old? This time the bill was $1200. I complained to the manager and he said he would get me a break and would call me. After a week, I called and he said I would hear from him. Now, 4 months later, I have not heard from him. This is just one example. I am suspicious of their diagnoses and I have no faith in the work they do. Or is it that Toyota Prius cars aren't reliable. I should add that I don't do any hard driving nor do I drive on bad roads. More
Rude rude rude..Mcginley Had numbers over the internet...was told they can do better and get closer to my number if i came in...over an hour ride.was told to meet with manager Had numbers over the internet...was told they can do better and get closer to my number if i came in...over an hour ride.was told to meet with manager Rob Mcginley.when i got there he was to busy kicked back in his chair giggling with a co worker.sent me with an older salesman ..nice guy but was very very slow and only had a few months expierience.ive bought 9 vehicles from this dealership and was always satisfied.i guess thats why all the other guys i dealt with in the past left..after 2 hours of paperwork that was all supposed to have been done before i got there the price changed only $3 a month .and thats only because i got a better intrest rate.so they promised me something if i drove an hour and gave me nothing.Rob mcginley never even wanted to see me the entire time i was there.i would definately no reccommend this place ...stay away More
