(Leaking coolant in the engine) It took them 3 days to tell me they had to replace the engine with a used engine, another 6 days for them to do the job and for me to pick it up. I hopped in it, and it started shaking, misfiring, and threw an engine code. They took the truck back to fix it AGAIN. Took another 4 days for them to finish, I drove it home and parked it. The very next time I hop in to drive it, truck engine light starts flashing and and misfiring so bad to the point of lost power and can not be driven. Now It must be taken back AGAIN. I feel they KNOW they sold me a bad vehicle because when I called the first time, I spoke to a manager that didn't know me and I didn't know them, I told them the "vehicle" they sold me was leaking coolant in the engine and he knew what vehicle I was talking about with out me mentioning what vehicle I had bought. The service sucks, I can't get a hold of anyone on MY time. When I do call on my time, no one of any help is available. I gave them specific times they can call me, but of course they called back every time I was working and not the specified time that we agreed on. While the truck was being serviced, I was supposed to get text message updates, in which I never received and I was always left in the dark. I've been warned about car salesmen. "They all lie" This was my very first dealer purchase and I regret it. This was a very bad experience for me. I wish I kept my old 96 blazer with 250,000 miles. It has NEVER given me issues, and I wouldn't be in the situation that I'm in now. More
they created problems this is a rating that is not just for one visit .(1) had car in for service was told that there was a problem with the lift and they could not get my this is a rating that is not just for one visit .(1) had car in for service was told that there was a problem with the lift and they could not get my car back to the ground they call a service man to fix lift, when the car was on the ground they found that it was not mine I waited for over a hour just for the lift to be fixed.( 2) car in for repair and when I went to pick it up the valet backed over a rock in the parking lot and pulled the front end off from the car took them over a week to fix.( 3) in for express service they change oil and filter. had to go to inspection for the car a few months later and the service man showed me where they stripped the oil pan plug and put a rubber plug in it's place . now did they fix the problems yes but these things should not happen if they do they should discuss it with the customer, not like the oil pan just leave it go and hope no one sees it .bottom line is I will never take my car to this dealer. No response from Team Toyota I leased a new Toyota RAV4 on July 11 2016 from Team Toyota at Langhorne. While we were making the purchase, the entire team was very helpful and even I leased a new Toyota RAV4 on July 11 2016 from Team Toyota at Langhorne. While we were making the purchase, the entire team was very helpful and even stayed late to accommodate our purchase, and I was very happy with the sales service. But unfortunately, I need to say that all that Team Toyota cares is until you make a purchase. They don't really care if you call back with any issue or need more information. They got both mine and my husbands name wrong on the Registration(even with both our license copies) and I have been trying to reach them since more than a month. The title clerk is never reachable over the phone. I must have made at least a 100 calls and left several voice mails which are never returned. Tried to reach the Sales person who made the sale, has been ignoring my emails and when I reach her on call, all she says is she will get back to me with information, which never happened until now. Lifetime warranty - bull. I'm not one to ever post negative or positive reviews, but I feel like this is something which needed exposure - so hopefully folks aren't misled I'm not one to ever post negative or positive reviews, but I feel like this is something which needed exposure - so hopefully folks aren't misled and put into the same situation. Bought a non-Toyota used car in Sept 2014 with Lifetime warranty on the powertrain with 59,500 miles on it plus 4 free oil changes. Was told by sales/finance that maintenance was done and I should bring it in within 3 months for the first oil change. Brought it in under 3 months with 61,??? miles on it, with a printed out maintenance schedule. was told the 60k mileage was already done. Asked about the maintenance schedule, whether i had to bring it in every 3 or 6 months. I was told as long as I bring it in under 5,000 miles, the warranty would be covered. Brought it in at under 65,000 miles on it, with a printed out maintenance schedule to make sure everything was done. Maintenance done Brought it in at under 70,000 miles on it, with a printed out maintenance schedule to make sure everything was done. Maintenance done Differential started leaking. Brought it in at 74,000 miles on it. Was told that that 60k maintenance was not done, that I should have brought the car to the service shop when i bought it because it was due for 60k maintenance right away. Was told that I exceeded the time period for oil changes (one was a 7 months and 12 days), though i was told every 5k miles, which it was under. Was told certain maintenance was not done, even though I had asked about it when it was due. In the end, they said even though the employees told me certain things - it's not their responsibility/fault and the lifetime warranty contract was now voided. Was told they have no record of which employees I originally spoke with, they do not keep records that long. Was told the more recent employees I talked to - no longer work there. Was told it was a free warranty and I wasn't really losing anything. Was livid - now with at least $400 of repairs that need to get done (Though i'm not really losing anything...right????). If I decided to not have them do it, I had to pay an $80 diagnostic fee. The lifetime warranty was a big selling point for me and I feel like it was all a sham. Not sure how the new car experience is, but if it's anything like the old - I will not be subjecting myself to Toyota. While the sales/service employees were nice, courteous, upbeat and what not - It doesn't make up for the misinformation given through what appears to be through the entire sales and maintenance process. When I contacted Team Toyota, Bill Sullivan in sales responded quickly. His only concern was "how do we make this right and do it quickly?" The next day I took the car into the service department where James was in charge of the service. He got the repairs done sooner than anticipated and with fantastic customer care. James and Bill worked together to get my issues resolved and I could not be happier with the quick results, professional courtesy and all the car is running great. THANK YOU to Bill, James and Team Toyota for all your help!! More

Stayed a little longer than the time promised but I didn't mind at all coz the waiting area was very nice and comfy.
