All started with sending a note to the sales manager asking if he can get to our price for for a specific vehicle an Aggravated and Disappointed….. All started with sending a note to the sales manager asking if he can get to our price for for a specific vehicle and a trade-in of our vehicle. He responded and said let me see what we can come up with. A day later we received a message with a formal quote that was close to where we wanted to be. We understand the difficulty in getting vehicles at this time so when they came in close to our target price, we were very excited. One of the items on the quote didn’t match the vehicle we asked about so we responded to confirm we were all talking about the same car. They responded, yes, our car hasn’t been built yet so this was just a placeholder; full confirmation the quote was for the exact car we had been discussing. We had been talking to two dealerships about this particular model but Team was closer to our target price so we walked away from the other deal (that car was quickly sold to someone else). I’m addition, we had purchased two vehicles from Team before so we were comfortable there. Two days later, Saturday, we were scheduled to go to Team so that they could confirm our trade-in vehicle and sign the papers for the deal. An hour before our scheduled appointment, Team calls us and tells us they made a mistake; increased the price $4,500. After back and forth they ultimately came down to $2,500 over the formally quoted price; which was higher than the deal we walked away from. It was clear they really didn’t want to sell us the car. The deal they reneged on would have been made every day of the week six months ago. They prioritized a few extra bucks on one deal instead of honoring a quote they gave to a two time repeat customer. Furthermore, the general manager actually said to me that loyalty doesn’t mean anything to them and it’s all about each individual deal. We all know that he that, but he actually said it. Finally a day later, we receive a call from another manager at Team we hadn’t spoke to previously. He tells us that our car was pulled from production and won’t be made. We don’t believe that for a second but that’s how they are justifying not honoring the ‘deal’. More
I purchased my vehicle from Team Toyota in January of 2021. I paid all cash and there was no financing involved. I did not receive my car title for 2 months. So in March i started calling Team toyota pap 2021. I paid all cash and there was no financing involved. I did not receive my car title for 2 months. So in March i started calling Team toyota paper processing person. All they keep telling wait 2-3 weeks. I called back regularly. same answer wait 2-3 weeks. Now it has passed 8 months and i still do not have my title. There is nobody following up the issue. I have to keep calling for update. The issue is still not resolve. So if you must buy car from Team Toyota be careful with the paperworks. There is no support in after sale. More
I got my Sienna from this dealership on 2014 and during the closing, they sold me a Mechanical and Electric Warranty, saying its a no brainer. Why? Because if I dont use the warranty to claim any Mechanica the closing, they sold me a Mechanical and Electric Warranty, saying its a no brainer. Why? Because if I dont use the warranty to claim any Mechanical or Electrical failures in 7 years, I will be eligible for the full $1700 refund. Also, they said that its highly unlikely that I will ever use this warranty as in 7 yrs, there is very little chance of it being used. I completed by 7 years now, and when I called Toyota for the refund, they did what I feared most, they said you already have a claim and therefore no refunds. There was no mechanical or electrical failure claims, so I protested. So, they researched and found that I used the Roadside assistance once in 2019, and therefore I loose by full $1700 refund. How can Roadside Assistance be part of the Mechanical and electical warranty? And most importantly, why was this never mentioned when I bought the warranty. I could have used by AAA for free, if I knew. So, its clear that its a scam. They know they will never have to pay, as most people will make a mistake like I did. This review goes on Team Toyota. Why? As they are ones who sold it without giving proper information. If they were sincere, they should have warned us against any potential usage, leading to claim rejection. I believe, they give minimum information during sales, as they earn the commission on it and they dont want any questions to be raised during sales. Very dishonest. Please avoid this dealership, as they are cheaters. More

Not sure why I keep taking my vehicles back for service here. The last time, in January 2021, when taking in my Prius for inspection, oil change, and safety recall, the service rep took my coupons without here. The last time, in January 2021, when taking in my Prius for inspection, oil change, and safety recall, the service rep took my coupons without telling me they would only honor one of them. Why not tell me that when I handed them to you and before you did the service? The time before that, change$ was stolen out of my car door handle while in for service. When I told the service rep that there was money taken from my car, he told me the coins probably popped out on the ground when I closed the door... ... [the change had been there for months, I just so happen to count it when I dropped off the car, curious to test the honesty of the Team Toyota]. They failed. The issue was never addressed after that - I was not contacted, nor was there any attempt to reimburse. You think this would be a high crime for a dealership, trusting them to not steal ANYTHING, not a dime, not a dollar, not a hundred dollars, from your vehicle when left for service. They did not take this seriously. The third time before that, I dropped off my older Sequoia to have the hatch window repaired. I was quote $300ish dollars. When I picked it up, the service rep let me know that they incorrectly estimated the repair... it was $700+ not $300. They didn't eat their mistake, I did. And yet, I continued to take my vehicles back for service because Team Toyota is less than a mile from my house and because I am willing to overlook a mistake. But I'm done being the the fool. More
