My worst experience in purchasing a 2007 gt mustang convertible. The cars still for sale on their lot. Beware it needs $5,600 to replace the top and frame per dealership. I purchased this car for $1450 convertible. The cars still for sale on their lot. Beware it needs $5,600 to replace the top and frame per dealership. I purchased this car for $14500. Left a $6000 deposit. I noticed the rubber seal for the top pushed out on both sides. The guy I was dealing with Mike M. . they put in writing that they would fix the top to conclude the sale of the car. 5 days go by then Mike calls to say they will not honor their written agreement that they gave me. He told me Ford told them the frame and top need replacing for $5,600. He offered me a $1000.00 kick back if I took the deal. No deal was made. It took several days of calling to get my $6000.00 deposit back and had to go there to get it as I left calls to the manager and never got a call back from 2 of them. Only an email stating to contact the sales person with any issues. The sales person quickly reminded me that their place was no mom and pop store. He’s correct a mom and pop store would treat you much better. Now 2 weeks later I get a bill from them saying I owe them $10200.47 for a car that I did not purchase. Pack a lunch if you go there. They will leave you in their cubicle for hours looking at the wall. More
This was our second purchase from Team Toyota. First was a used Highlander in 2013 and we just purchased a 2020 4Runner this week. Both times the salespeople were great but our salesperson this time, Ozzy H a used Highlander in 2013 and we just purchased a 2020 4Runner this week. Both times the salespeople were great but our salesperson this time, Ozzy Hamad really exceded our expectations! He listened to our needs and wants and delivered on everything!! Very disappointing experience. I emailed these guys about a preowned Camry, and I asked to see the spec sheet of the car to get a better understanding of the equipment in the car. Twice, this very rude lady a preowned Camry, and I asked to see the spec sheet of the car to get a better understanding of the equipment in the car. Twice, this very rude lady named Chelsee said the vehicle details are online and refused to send me the spec sheet. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a spec sheet before spending $16,000 for a car. I wanted to make sure it had the equipment I needed. All Chelsee was interested in was getting me to come to the dealership. I live an hour away, I couldn’t just stop by at any given moment since I work 6 days a week and again, I wanted to make sure this car had everything I wanted. Needless to say, Chelsee was very rude and unprofessional. She is the first point of contact for this business and if her management is OK with her dealing with clients in such a lazy and disrespectful manner, I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle free experience. More
My wife and I had a situation with a Highlander that we just had purchased. Everybody that was involved with the purchase was kind enough about what was going on with our situation. However, the only one that truly "listened" to my wife and I was Kevin Evans when he was asked to help on this. Kevin did not tell us what we wanted to "hear". He just "listened" and truly helped us through this. He was a real pro and up-front with us from the start. He definitely saved the "deal" for my wife and I and also made me realize that "Team Toyota of Langhorne" does care about their service and how they treat their customers. We absolutely will be making future purchases here. A special thank you to Kevin Evans for truly being someone we can trust and someone we "want" to do business with! As so The Best From the Rest I set out to buy a bit of a unicorn as it was a 2021 Nightshade Trim which didn't come out to Dealers lots right away. As soon as I noticed some deliveries, I cast a wide net for this rare inventory with inquiries to find a Dealer with competitive pricing for a new release. I went back and forth through email with six Internet Sales Reps and was quoted some surprisingly good discounts, however, a few would only work at MSRP. I'm a seasoned Buyer of many cars in my day so I weeded out those that were unwilling to negotiate. Team Toyota happened to be my last inquiry out of the group. I was contacted by Lisa Markley - Business Development Manager in the Internet Sales Dept., who stood out with her prompt replies and frequent follow-ups. She was by far the best from the others I negotiated with in her communication skills and her pleasant demeanor during our phone conversations. She listened carefully to my needs and when I requested V-spec and quote sheets, I received them both within 10 minutes without a flinch. After a subsequent conversation, we were able to come to terms and it was an instant decision to give my business to Team Toyota because of great interaction I had and the great efforts of Herb (Lead Sales Manager) who was able to bring in a competitive deal for me right out of the gate. I felt most comfortable with this team of people who went out of their way to please because of their passion. I can most certainly say this tipped the scale to making my decision to purchase from Team Toyota. After committing with a deposit, my sign & drive experience is well worth mention as well. Just when I thought I couldn't spoken with any better individuals, Tom Mellon was assigned to me as the delivery Sales professional and truly he was. As a final note, I mentioned that I have purchased many new cars in my years and I have to say this was the best car buying experience out of all of them. My advice to readers in process of buying your new car, even if you find another Dealer willing to give you a slightly better discount, my advice is to share the same experience I had here and go with Team Toyota. You won't regret it and I'm sure you too will be posting here with your great experience. Kudos to everyone behind the scenes that I didn't get to interact with, but helped to convey the car that day and a big thanks again to you Lisa for being so exceptional with attention to detail! More
