I was in an accident. Had bumper replaced 2 months later paint chipping and warring away. I had seats down because disabled and use curbside for supplies. They said”why are your seats down are you hauling something”. Accusing me ,a disabled person because seats were down is unacceptable I can barely walk most days. I don’t no what to do. I’m pretty sure all paint will come off eventually. So hard to write this review but I want to tell whoever reads this stay away from this dealer. They are gross More
First of all, yes it is 5:30am here in PA and they don’t get in until “normal business hours “ however I am disappointed with a few things: -the Service department DOESN’T have voicemail when I call - “the get in until “normal business hours “ however I am disappointed with a few things: -the Service department DOESN’T have voicemail when I call - “the mailbox is full” - Although they were helpful in getting an out of pocket estimate for me a month ago for the minor dents in my rear bumper when my new 2022 Corolla SE back up camera DID NOT, go off when I accidentally (and slowly) backed into my dad’s parked car, the Service Dept DOES NOT have a voicemail available when I called early this morning, in fact - “THE MAILBOX IS FULL” - when I merely wanted to leave a message to get my car serviced first thing this morning or ASAP since I have been smelling oil now for the 2nd day. -AND- why don’t get those nice Service reminders anymore?-I’m obviously overdue for a service now. I used to get them regularly for my 2020 Toyota Corolla, before a salesman Steve W. encouraged me to switch into a 2022 Corolla SE, which is nice and I love my car. But he said he would follow up after I made the switch and see how it was for me but he NEVER did. - I did however promptly hear from the other Steve in the Service department for the out of pocket estimate (closer to $2,000), but naturally I needed to shop around and find a better deal ($1200 from a local collision center not affiliated with Toyota, scheduled to be fixed Nov 7th), because after all -this rear damage happened because the rear back up CAMERA DID NOT GO OFF. It usually does, so why the malfunction? - My last review was a 5 out of 5 and I would be happy to re-evaluate this company’s protocol if these issues could be resolved or even if my questions could be answered. But I had difficulty finding a customer service number early this morning. Shouldn’t they have at least an answering service? Well I just hope my beautiful car doesn’t blow up on the way to get serviced (if they can squeeze me in for one) I guess just to be safe I will change change my own oil, However I would prefer to use my 1year guaranteed, complimentary service appointments please… And Thanks for your time and consideration. -Emily Maffucci More
Dave Friend pursued a deal that worked for me financially which is not easy in 2022! I appreciated his diligence and service and was happy when I moved through the financing department in a timely manner. Te which is not easy in 2022! Whereas the website of Build Your Toyota stated my perfect, low mileage top-of the-line car was worth $29,000, the manager only offered me $23,000 toward the best model car they offered. Save your time, money and energy don't go there find another place. I have been a customer for awhile but my experiences were not the best. workers are unprofessional, they keep you there for the longes another place. I have been a customer for awhile but my experiences were not the best. workers are unprofessional, they keep you there for the longest time even if you have an appointment ....Recently, I had an appointment at 3:15 and got there they told me that they cannot work on your car the same day but i can leave it overnight . my appointment was just for a oil change. I said ok but I will need a ride back home please and the manager said we cannot give you a ride home no shutter driver is available and that was a lie when I sat down to try to call someone to pick me up the shutter driver came and asked me if I needed a ride I said yes he said I will take you when he was about to take me the manager told him not to take me home. I requested my car back since I couldn’t get the service scheduled for and they still deny me a ride home ….. I will never go back there because they don't deserve my money. Stay away! More

Went in to buy Corolla cross in December told then it will be middle of January,then told being built Feb 5 now being told being built the middle of February will have it about two weeks later.I put mone will be middle of January,then told being built Feb 5 now being told being built the middle of February will have it about two weeks later.I put money down to secure vehicle and feel I'm getting nothing but run around.I understand the process with vehicles right now,however I did tell sales person this vehicle was transportation so I could transport handicapped brother.Im so sick of being patient I feel three months is a bit much especially when dates keep being changed,I am a repeat customer we have bought 5 toyota vehicles will not be returning to Team toyota after this. More
