Disorganized, rude, dishonest service department I have been servicing my leased Toyota Camry 2013 for last 2 years at Team Toyota and for the most part did not have a good experience. One of the t I have been servicing my leased Toyota Camry 2013 for last 2 years at Team Toyota and for the most part did not have a good experience. One of the tires was slowly losing air, they looked at it and told me that it needed to be replaced as the side wall was damaged which was not true. My mechanic took out the nail from the middle of thread and fixed it. Shame on you Team Toyota. Two more times they "forgot" to take my car to the shop and left it sitting for an hour in the valet area. Until I noticed it and point it out. A simple scheduled oil change/wheel rotation took 2.5 hours. I would avoid this place as there are plenty of other Toyota dealerships in the area. More
They even called to wish me happy birthday... What a difference. After having to return a vehicle back to a dealership for NUMEROUS reasons, feeling completely dismissed and taken advantage of, I found these guys. Carlos specifically. Everything up front, comfortable atmosphere, no air of swindling, and thorough review of EVERYTHING for my CERTIFIED TOY RAV4 6CYL. Thanks again guys. I have already been talking about you..... I am a female musician, NOT in the auto industry, NO FAMILY in the auto industry, no affiliations, not even third party. I found this deal on EBAY and KELLY Blue Book searching for a RAV with particular specs. Got VERY lucky! And no, I am not affiliated with either of those either. More
PRICE MANIPULATION After insisting on $15K, instead of $14K for a spotless 2013 Honda CR-V LX AWD trade-in, and having a price 'promise' from EDMUNDS.com, the dealership After insisting on $15K, instead of $14K for a spotless 2013 Honda CR-V LX AWD trade-in, and having a price 'promise' from EDMUNDS.com, the dealership salesman jacked up the price on the Trailer 'Hitch & Harness' and 'Running-Boards' I wanted by $1,000. Instead of charging me the correct price for these two options,$1,600, I was charged $2,600 (to my surprise). Then when I went to get the keys to my new car after signing the contract, I was told that I would not be getting a 'VALET KEY' (standard on every other new car I ever purchased) but was told I could come back and get one for $200 !!! ("GEE, CAN I ???".). I was furious at this point (had I been told, prior to signing the contract, that I would have to buy a 'Valet Key' I would not have purchased the car! It was that much of a deal breaker). I did not disclose my furious state of mind to anyone as I still had to have the 'Hitch/Harness' and 'Running Boards' installed later in the week. I purchased the XLE AWD model as I could not be seen driving a car w/hub caps. The 17" alloy wheels w/Michelin 'Latitudes' are nothing special but if stolen are quite pricey to replace, at $800-$1,000/per = /wheels/tires/valves/disposal fees/hi-speed balancing & tax....and to my further disgust when asked why the wheels had no locks, I was informed I could purchase them for an additional $100 !!!! I later bought them for $42+tax at the dealerships own service location down the block from the showroom. I really felt that by plunking down $30K(after Bank loan interest of 3.31%) that a set of wheel locks and a valet key should come 'standard equipment' on the car. After taking over 12 hours to get the deal done,(during which time the salesman disappeared for hours at a time, had someone drive my trade-in without telling me ! and even once asked to be excused to tell the 'internet team' to not waste their time responding to my e-mail, I almost walked out when he said that!OMG !). So, when the time came to mount the license plate, I declined the dealership license plate holder and used the custom one on the Honda CR-V I traded in. Shortly after the purchase the dealership sticker was removed (by the dealers own service dept.,LOL !) from the vehicle as well (a simple procedure). Advertising this dealership will not be happening, unless they want to pay me about $1800. Shortly after the purchase I found out that Toyota was offering 0% interest on 60 month sales, during the month of January, I was not even offered it.Fast forward to September 2015, I am told that instead of getting a one year state inspection sticker and emissions sticker, I only got 10 month sticker's, AGAIN, not being told this prior to sale. The vehicle did not even get inspected and stickered the day I bought it, and I only find out 7- 1/2 months later !!!! Quite disappointing and while it will only set me back about $20-$30 it is still something I was not told, just like the valet key (which was unbelievable !) and wheel locks (standard on all other makes these days, when buying alloy wheels) which were, when combined and if purchased at time of sale, an extra $325 !!!! Dealers like this I do not need and will not be purchasing my next car from them. As bad as the other dealers in the area are (Faulkner/Piazza/Peruzzi), Team Toyota will not be selling me another vehicle. There was also a rebate that was supposed to be added in to the deal of $750 and that is another story altogether. After staying at the sales-room for twelve hours in order to get a deal done before the huge snowstorm that was coming ( I wanted to get a coat of wax on the car before it snowed......and I did !),after not getting a good deal on this car, it was one maddening surprise after another immediately AFTER I signed the contract. The free trial with Sirius XM was another story too. One of the worst experiences of my life Anthony is one of the worst sales man around. He sold me a damaged car and was no where to be found to address issues with the sale like missing paper Anthony is one of the worst sales man around. He sold me a damaged car and was no where to be found to address issues with the sale like missing paperwork and the damage to the car that they tried to cover up. If you are looking for a sales person that thinks beyond their commission, Anthony is not the one. What's worse is that their new car sales manager Jerry did nothing to help. Team Toyota is one of the worst dealerships around. Their finance guy Matt Heise lost paperwork and also was no where to be found. More
The Unsafe Van Why? Because I have dealt with some pretty awesome people at Toyota who do have the exemplory customer service skills that one should have when in the Why? Because I have dealt with some pretty awesome people at Toyota who do have the exemplory customer service skills that one should have when in the business, I will only say that their hands are tied. After a misfire occurred in my preowned certified vehicle I was towed to Service. I was of course given a rental at this point considering the van is 40 some days old to me. Apparently the misfire was fixed and I was told "The rental vehicle was on reserve and this very pushy person said but we are open until 9 so that you can bring back your rental." I brought it in the next day, took my van back and said wait something is definitely wrong here. I bring it back to service the next day and guess what, the trans is slipping, the radiator is cracked the roders are shot and oh maybe you should check the front brakes. After sitting there with my daughter for 5 hours I was told my service manager said for you to take the van home and we will order the parts! Well, let's say that was not happening. Why ?! So I can overheat, perhaps drive the car and be killed on the highway this time?! And so, now I'm given the We drove the car and your trans is fine, but we really need our rental back. Little do they know my concern here lies with how did you in fact check the trans fluid and drop out the trans when you are not Chrysler and do not have the tools to do so? So allowing me to drive an unsafe vehicle back and forth to work and kids appointments and once again work without having my trans checked properly all because you need a rental back. That's not customer service in the least bit. Get it together and serve the customer properly. If you have to send the car to the right dealer, why wouldn't you do it just to shut the customer up? That customer being me who's driving her van with three kids- two with special needs I might add. More

He was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and certainly has the interest of the buyer in mind when they are in looking at vehicles. I returned this time because I love the service that Toyota offers you and because of the overall sales experience. I dealt with Rich again and was very happy with the outcome of our transaction. I originally wanted to lease a truck or suv and Rich suggested I give the Camry SE a test drive because of the price and the overall quality of the car. With his guidance I ended leasing the Camry which I love. Also when we went to financing James Donahue was very friendly and helpful through the process. I can confidently say that when my lease is up again I will be returning here and they will have my business for a very long time. Also my wife who has driven Mazda for a long time is seriously considering a change to Toyota because of the service and customer experience that we have received. Thank you to the whole staff there.
