Richard Grey is Honest and you will get a GREAT DEAL..... I met Richard about 10 years ago. He has now sold me 4 cars and when i shop for Cars I shop. But in the end i always end up with Richard cause he an I met Richard about 10 years ago. He has now sold me 4 cars and when i shop for Cars I shop. But in the end i always end up with Richard cause he and I respect each other and respect what the task at hand is. It does not hurt that Richard is a friendly and family man that gets that I also have a family and I am looking for a good deal for my family. Over priced and unprofessional I have used team Toyota for almost 2 years now. First couple of times there no problem, but the last 2 major problems. First they take forever to get I have used team Toyota for almost 2 years now. First couple of times there no problem, but the last 2 major problems. First they take forever to get basic work done. Then I go to get my car inspected, and I need new brakes, tires, and rotors. Well that was going to be over $1000, and as a single mom I just don't have that kind of money. Explained this, and asked for my car back. Well was given an attitude, because I didn't want them doing the work. I got the work done today, by the guy that did all my work on my cars until I got this one, and it was $415. Big difference. More

Dishonest Service and Management Ignores Customers Concerns I purchased a new 2015 Tundra, so far so good. I took it in for service after a small fender bender. The service manager lied to me about approving re I purchased a new 2015 Tundra, so far so good. I took it in for service after a small fender bender. The service manager lied to me about approving rental car coverage online with my insurance company and charged me $500 for a rental. This was after being told told I would be provided with a loaner, and then being told that they have no loaners but there would be no charge for the rental. To add insult to injury, team Toyota then billed my insurance company for the $500 rental charge in order to be paid twice! I have been in contact with the director of service (Mike Eveland) and have been less than impressed with his handling. He has on numerous occasions told me he will look into the situation and get back to me... He then does not respond. I would not recommend using this dealership for any reason, while the service dept employees are curtious and polite, the management behind them have a very unprofessional and "we can get away with whatever we want" attitude and appear disconnected with the importance of providing even adequate customer service. Save yourself a headache and buy from elsewhere! More
