My First Nice Car I was recently thrown for a loop when my car unexpectedly broke, and was going to cost more to fix it than the car was worth. I knew that I could afford a payment but didn't have money to put down, nor did I have any credit, so finding a car was very difficult. I went to team Kia and Michael Tierney came right out, asked what I was looking for and my price range and within five minutes had two cars pulled out that fit my request and my price range. He was extremely nice and not pushy at all. He was there to answer our questions that we had, but also gave us the space we needed to look at and discuss the car. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire car buying process, and after visiting and dealing with many dealerships and dealers throughout the week, he was by far one of the best. He not only checked in through the buying process, but texted me a few days after to make sure the car was what I expected and to see how it was running. He also sent a very nice text explaining how proud I should be as a full time student and worker, and how most middle aged adults are not able to do what I had just done and I'm only 19, and the sale was already final. It meant alot. I am loving my 2013 ford focus, and I am proud to have bought it from Michael Tierney. I really recommend anyone that is looking to buy a car to go through Michael at Team Kia. More

Got My DREAM Car Thanks to TEAM KIA! I recently stopped into the Team Kia NH dealership. I have previously leased a Optima but wanted a Sorento more then one could imagine. After shopping around, I realized the Sorento was a little bit out of my budget however, at Team Kia, they made it work! Unlike every other dealership you may walk into, the staff is EXTREMELY friendly. I worked closely with sales rep, Randy Ellis and the general manager, Steve Kemos. They did everything in their power to ensure it was a smooth experience. These guys had GREAT personalities, were not by any means PUSHY, and let me make the choice for myself without trying to "sell me" on anything. Seriously SUCH AMAZING customer service. Even the finance guy made my boyfriend and I laugh. I hardly ever right reviews but felt compelled to after the service I received. Thanks again Steve & Randy for such a great car buying experience! Even though I'm from MA, I will be sure to trek up to Concord, NH to make sure I work with you guys again :) Thanks a million!!!! More

We went on a test drive and we really enjoyed the ride and comfort so when we got back to the dealership we worked out numbers, came to terms and we were on our way in no time. I highly recommend that if you are considering buying new or used, you go see Michael Tierney at Team Kia in Concord. BAD CREDIT NOT A SAFE CAR AND BABY ON THE WAY My boyfriend and I were driving home and decided to stop in (not looking to buy a car for a month or so) we were greeted right away by a sales person. My boyfriend and I were driving home and decided to stop in (not looking to buy a car for a month or so) we were greeted right away by a sales person. Walked around the used car lot talked for a minute and decided not to waste anyone's time and to just run our credit to see what we could get into. 30 mins later we were test driving a 2012 ford. I don't like ford's to be honest but was open to the idea because it was safe. Put a hold on it came back the next day because I was having doubts. Not fully in love with the car for personal reasons not because of the actual car (car was beautiful clean drove very well) we were greeted by the same sales person and the sales manager who suggested we look at another vehicle he thinks would fit us better and work for us. Walked outside to a 2012 vw Passat just got at auction. Got in it took it around the lot and loved it. Waiting for paperwork and the car to be detailed and windshield replaced. Seriously had a fun experience and the sales people actually talk to you and are human as well. So glad we stopped in. More

INCREDIBLE!!! We purchased a 2016 Sorento, our sales person was Michael Tierney. We found him to be honest and upfront and made the purchase easy as well as enjoyable. Unfortunately, 12 days later my husband was rear ended at a red light by a Ford a F350 going 40 to 45 MPH. He only received a bruise on his shoulder from the seat belt. What a safe car!!! We were having doubt's asto whether the autobody was working for the insurance company or us, so Jonathan at Team Kia stepped in and made sure ourccar was blue printed and was infact being repair properly to Kia specifications. They didn't leave us behind once the sale was over. I will continue to use Team Kia for all future vehicle purchases. Not only do they have an incredible staff but the car proved to be extremely safe. My husband could have been seriously injured in that crash so was are thankful so the engineering. THANKS SO MUCH TEAM KIA!!! More
