Scam Artists!! Beware! Went in to have a state inspection done. Was told I needed a new rear tire because there was a bulge in it, so the car failed inspection. I couldn't Went in to have a state inspection done. Was told I needed a new rear tire because there was a bulge in it, so the car failed inspection. I couldn't get it done that day and had to come back. Paid $40 for the inspection up front. Returned two weeks later had original tire replaced but they tell me now I need to replace the other rear tire because it has a bulge in it now. So yet again the car fails. I can't afford another tire that day and set up another appointment for the following Saturday. Come back and have 2nd tire done. This time I'm told that because the brake light cover on the hatch of my Rondo I am being failed a 3rd time. The cover has been broken for 5 years (which does include the previous 2 visits to their service department)!!!! I used to go to Bonneville & Sons Kia dealership for my inspections and they never said anything about it!! So they expect me to come back a 4th time. Not to mention on the 3rd visit they charged me another $20 for another inspection. Not only are they scam artists but incompetent also well! More

Mike Tierney is hands down the nicest, most courteous person I've dealt with. He made everything SO easy for me, and I have bought FIVE cars off him! (Yea, we won't go into those details lol) But Mike made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood everything. I wouldnt dream of dealing with anyone or anywhere else. The whole staff was complete respectable and welcoming. Definitely recommended! More
Great experience !! Dropped in for some brochure's when I happened to meet Dana Gagnon. My intent was to do more research and possibly purchase within a couple of weeks, but Dana had asked if there was anything he could answer and I began the journey. First, let me say that I'm a very seasoned (60 plus) veteran of car buying and Dana was unlike most of the stereotypes. He never pushed and never really 'tried' to sell me on any given unit. He was very relaxed and willing to assist with any and all of my questions, and almost instantly new that I was still in the very beginning stages of trying to determine what it was that I needed. That 'style' is exactly what I always look for and it made me feel very comfortable, which of course had me asking more questions. I knew that he was willing to help, but not to hound or push too much. We need more sales people like him!! As a result, I did end up buying that day and I felt perfectly at ease with the process. There was a bit of assistance with Rob Miller (near the end) and I would be remiss if I didn't share that he was also very helpful and a key part of my purchasing decision. Later that same day, while waiting for the last details before picking up the car, I had a chance to chat with two of the other sales employees and they were also a great pleasure to speak with (had a few chuckles, etc.) and I must declare that the total experience of one day with all that represent Team Kia, was possibly one of my best considering the many years I have spent when purchasing a new vehicle !!!! The new car was a Kia Forte 5 door and it is by far one of my better vehicle purchase's. Over many, many years I've owned all types of cars with automatic this and power that, but for a very solid and basic vehicle the Forte seems to fit the bill perfectly. I'm extremely happy and (of course) in a few years I will be looking to trade up at Team Kia and will most certainly hunt down Mr. Dana Gagnon! Fred Harrington More
BAD Customer Service I leased a 2016 Kia Sorento. I wasn't even sure which of my vehicles to trade in, if I wanted the truck they had on the lot, or another Sorento, lease or finance ??? I really needed some guidance. Mike Tierney helped me through all of my questions and got me into the perfect vehicle for me AND at a lower payment than I was currently paying. I never felt pressured or that any decision along the way was not in my best interest. Go to Kia (2nd time I have bought here) and ask for Mike T. More

Truly, we will never buy another car from anywhere else! Everyone, from the Salesperson to the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager went out of their way to help us and get us a car that we not only loved but that worked for our budget. And, they stayed late to help us. If you want to be treated respectfully, by people who will go out of their way to listen to and work with your needs, come to Team Kia!! More

I knew what I wanted for a vehicle I had a great experience with your dealership. I didn’t feel pressured at any point, which is a big deal for me. I knew what I wanted for a vehicle and in doing business, you all provided that from my initial phone conversation with Steve through to pickup of the vehicle with Nader and Matt (?). For Mike's part, the most important in closing the deal. He was friendly, honest and helpful. He knew the vehicle and was able to demonstrate its features clearly. He worked within my limited timeframe without pressure and dealt with me as I asked, largely via email. He is a salesperson I would recommend to my friends and family, which is the best compliment I can give. It’s very possible your dealership will be hearing from someone I’ve recommended in the future as the vehicle sells itself, I’ve already had a number of people ask me about it. Likely the worst part of making the decision to purchase a new vehicle is anticipating the sales process. In this case the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. I was treated with courtesy and respect by every person I spoke or dealt with at Team Kia, so much so that I’ll likely make the hour drive back for service.
