After car shopping all day and not having any luck, Nicole jumped right on it when we pulled in the parking lot. It was all up hill from there. I had an extremely good experience buying a used truck with a trade at Team Kia. (I am not easily pleased either.) Sales manager Mike Riley and manager Chris were surprisingly honest, forthright and easy with a trade at Team Kia. (I am not easily pleased either.) Phone calls were returned quickly and requests were honored without having to ask more than once. The older truck I bought needed a little work done. The service dept got it done quickly. Furthermore, I had a small mechanical problem and they took care of it too without a hassle. Very pleased. More
The first thing I would like to say is our Sales Person Harold was very nice, we liked him a lot. The issue we have is with the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. The sales manager pretty much told us he wouldn't work with us price wise to get us to the point we wanted to be at. O.K. we decided to look elsewhere. I went home and looked online and saw the internet price $3000 less then the price we were given in the dealership. I sent an email to the dealership and the only response I received was the courtesy phone call from the dealership about would you like to take the car on another test drive. I asked the Sales manager why there was such a huge descrepancy in price and I was told it was because the price I was given includes the $1500 package. (That still doesn't come up to the price that was on the internet. We decided to shop elsewhere. We went to another dealership in Somersworth and they didn't have the exact car I liked so we decided to drive to Portsmouth. While en route I received a phone call from the dealership. The salesman asked what he could do to get us to buy from their dealership. We agreed that he would come in between 15K and 16K. I asked if he was sure, he said yes. I told him we really don't want to go all the way back to Concord if he wasn't going to give it to us for the agreed upon price. He said he would give it to us for that price today. When we got there he said ok, we can get you at the price you wanted but not for the car you wanted... for the red car which didn't have the same options. Then he said for the price we wanted it would not include the $1500 options that come with the car however they would let us keep the pin striping, floor mats and the door guards. My husband and I were not happy. We said to the sales manager you agreed before we came all the way back to concord for a price between 15K and 16K and the sales manager said it will be $16,926. The sales manager then said the price of the car will be 16K. Then the paperwork says 16,500. My husband asks the finance manager why it is $16,500. He said there is a $500 rebate at the end (after the finance rate) and that brings it down to $16000. If the manager agreed before we got there for a price between 15 and 16 why isn't the price 16,000 then the rebate to bring the car down to 15,500? Then we asked if we could go through our credit union and the three times the finance manager came back with quotes through KIA finance. Not once did they try to go through any other credit union. They told me my credit score which is not what I have seen when I go online. I asked for a copy of my credit report he said he would give it to me but never did. We felt like the finance manager knew how to smile a lot but every time we asked for something he avoided the subject or didn't give us the information we requested. It seemed to me that Team Kia was very guilty of "steering" which I do believe is illegal. I believe if we ask the finance manager to try credit unions or banks they have to. I honestly believe he only went through Team Kia and didn't try to find the best deal for his customer. More
We tried dealing with AutoServe which was closer to home, but they were rude, unaccomodating, and acted as though they could care less if they sold you a car. So, we went to Team Kia and dealt with Andre. but they were rude, unaccomodating, and acted as though they could care less if they sold you a car. So, we went to Team Kia and dealt with Andre. Excellent service, very knowledgable about the car. My husband called Andre with our list of options we wanted in the car and he did some research and got right back to us to say that they had exactly what we were looking for coming in at the end of the week. We drove down after he called to say it was there, we test drove it and ended up driving it home that night. Very good experience, and I would recommend this dealership and Andre to anyone. It seemed as though they couldn't do enough for us. They have also called a couple of times to follow up to make sure we were happy. More
My last car buying experience with AutoServ was terrible but I was interested in another Kia so I decided to try TeamKia. Andrew Jackson was extremely knowledgable about the car and was fun to work with. but I was interested in another Kia so I decided to try TeamKia. I went back a week later to have front mud guards installed and the service department was great to work with as well. I will definitely go back when it's time for another new car!! More

I bought a 2008 Kia Sportage LX 4wd V-6 with 52K on it and WAY OVER PAID. I live about 1 hour away and i had to bring the vehicle back 4-5 times for service because they didnt want to fix it right and sti and WAY OVER PAID. They think iam dumb but I work on vehicles so I know what Iam talking about, and I tryed to inquire on another truck but since Iam so buried in the Kia from OVER PAYING I cant get out of and they will NOT respond on a scale from 1 - 10, 10 being the best I rate team kia a 0 (ZERO) More

I just want to say, it all started with an email. Thank you Nicole for your follow through and persisitance. Nicoles passion to help was incredible. We traveled 1.5 hrs to buy our Kia from Nicole. We have a Kia dealership 15 minutes from our house and could have purchased from them. She made the difference. It was thus a pleasant surprise when everyone at this dealership acted with honesty and integrity throughout the process of purchasing my new (to me) Kia and trading in my Subaru. I think this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle and been left 100% satisfied with the experience. It was worth the 500+ miles round-trip to their dealership! More
