We bought a new KIA Forte in Nova Scotia in the summer of 2012. Immediately had problem with car stalling at stop signs. Went to dealer there (in NS) twice to have it corrected with no luck in finding the pr 2012. Immediately had problem with car stalling at stop signs. Went to dealer there (in NS) twice to have it corrected with no luck in finding the problem and they readjusted something. Moved to NH in August and soon after arriving the car start having the same problem, which I considered a hazard that easily could lead to being rear-ended by the car behind me because of my car stalling. This is when service manager Alan Orlosk from Concord KIA service took the car in to correct the problem. Working with Jonathan Bibaud from parts dept and others it took quite a while to locate the required parts and the fact that is was built for the Canadian market didn't help matters. During this long process we were provided a vehicle to use and kept informed of repair progress. Finally we have our car back and appears the crew at TEAM KIA has corrected the problem and gained a quite satisfied customer. A professional job from start to finish! Thanks, Richard Clark More

My wife and I recently purchased a used car at Team Kia. It was our first car purchase together, and it was a much more pleasant experience than we had expected. We looked at a number of used cars online, and visited a couple dealerships before Team Kia. Not only did we find the car we were looking for at Team Kia, but the environment was much friendlier and more free of pressure than the other dealerships we visited. As part of the sales agreement, Team Kia agreed to put a new set of tires on the car. When I returned a couple weeks later for the service, our salesperson Rob Miller and business manager Chris Brannock both remembered me and went out of their way to say hello. In the meantime, Jonathan Bibaud of the service department, was very patient and helpful in answering my questions and helping us select a new set of tires. I would recommend Team Kia to anyone looking for a pressure-free, friendly environment with fair prices and good service when searching for a car. More
When we bought our new Kia Sorento from Team Kia we did our homework and knew what the final price should have been. During negotiating, the salesman only wanted to talk payment, not vehicle price, and the our homework and knew what the final price should have been. During negotiating, the salesman only wanted to talk payment, not vehicle price, and the initial payment they came out with was insulting. We immediately started to get up to leave, but they managed to keep us there, and after about an hour of needless negotiating, we finally agreed on a price that was okay, not great by any means. Lets put it this way, our payment ended up $130.00 less a month than what they initially offered for the same length of contract. Goes to show how hard they tried to screw us. The last several vehicles we've purchased from other dealers, there was very little haggling, with initial price offerings at or below invoice. Not the case at Team Kia. I honestly could have shrugged this off though, I mean, I guess I can't blame them for trying to make as much as they can on the sale. But what really ticked me off about these guys is that they told us if we referred anyone to them we would receive $50. We did send business their way, my wife's boss loved the vehicle and wanted the exact same thing, so we gave her all of our paperwork, sales contract and all. She went to the dealership and purchased the exact same vehicle. Not surprisingly, we did not hear from the dealer for referring someone. Whatever, didn't really care. But then a couple months later we start getting phone calls about the vehicle needing service, and they mentioned the bonus if we refer someone to them, so of course we said that we already did but never received anything. They said they would look into it and get back to us. You guessed it, never heard back from them. I don't care about the fifty bucks, just find it surprising that they would risk losing a customer over it, which they have. More
Initially inquired about a Kia Optima SX, Mike called me gave me a great quote along with a fair trade in value over the phone. He had sent me the quotes via email. I had driven down to Team KIa , which is a hour away from my home to confirm prices. I was sceptical at first. When I arrived at Team KIa everything I was quoted and asked for is exactly what they confirmed when I got there. In fact coincedentally, I had noticed a friend there who also purchased a car since the pricing was excellent. I had even given my local Kia dealership (Somersworth KIA) a chance to match Team KIA's price. I had purchased 2 cars from there in the past. They couldn't even come close to the deal that Team KIA had given me. I arrived at the Dealership trade in my vehicle and left with a new KIA Optima. The transaction was quick and smooth. The sales person took his time went over the car with me. Very laid back atmosphere which is what I prefer when purchasing a car. I love the 2013 KIA Optima SX. Car drives and handles excellent loaded with options. Looked at other cars from Mercedes, BMW, Infiniti, Toyota and Honda, you cant beat the KIA styling and value. I would definatley recommend TEAM Kia for purchasing a vehicle. More
Often times in a major purchase decision the first impressions in the situation can make or break. When I pulled in to the lot, Mike Beaule was outside. Mike's follow-through was outstanding, and I was most impressed with his knowledge and genuine approach to helping me. He helped make this the most engaging, least painful car buying experience I have ever had! More
Went all the way to Concord,NH from Shirley,MA because Dylan Mountain told me he had a Dodge truck in great condition for 15k. I bought the truck but when I got home I noticed that the truck was in poor condition. Rusted with ripped seat etc. I called the next day and Dylan said to bring it back. When I went back less than 3 days later, I was in the hot seat buying another car from scratch. I figured I was just going to bring the truck back. I only put about 250 miles on the truck. They gave me 13k for the truck. I had no choice. They had me and they knew it. If I went to another dealership I would have got less for the truck. But come on. They use strong arm tactics to get you to buy. I decided I better pick up something because after all I gave up my "new" 2011 Corolla LE with only 26K miles. I bought an 07 Mustang which initially had belt problems. I brought the car back and they looked at it in the parking lot and said the belt was half worn. In the end, I went in with a loan of 13,300 and walked out with a loan for over 19k. I paid two dealer doc fees that were 400 apiece. My losses were over 5k. I lost on the Corolla but I expected to lose a little. About 1,600. But I got ripped off by these criminals. These guys are happy to rip you off. I should have known better. Stay away from Mike Reilly, Paul Cahill and Dylan Mountain. The whole dealership is unprofessional and just weird. They are unsympathetic jerks. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. The comfortable atmosphere and no pressue to buy was fantastic. Dylan worked very hard to find us a car that we would be happy with. He is very down to earth and a complete gentleman. On the other hand Mike Riley worked just as hard to get us a great deal. We were very comfortable through out the whole experience. Just bought an 2013 Optima EX from Mike Riley and Mike Beaule. I'm as happy as a clam. The transactions was seamless.
