I would give them 0 stars if I could, terrible service, service advisor with whom I have worked tried to scam me in replacing my battery. My car was perfectly fine, just needed regular service, I drove the service advisor with whom I have worked tried to scam me in replacing my battery. My car was perfectly fine, just needed regular service, I drove there and everything worked normal but when he sat in the car and tried to turn it on, car wouldn't start. So, he said battery needs to be replaced. I came back after three hours, they didn't replaced battery because they don't have it in the stock at the moment so he wanted to order it. I refused because it start being weird to me that my car normally starts again even without exchange it. Also, he tried to charge for tires rotation even he said at the beginning my car doesn't need it, cause two front tires are the best ones. From there I went straight to Auto zone to check my battery, they said my battery is like a new and doesn't need to be replaced. They are trying to scam you as much as they can using all of kinds of dirty tricks. Stay away. Btw the sales advisor I was working with was Michael Valera, terrible experience. Never again. More

Originally sold us a lemon before buying back at same value. To then sell us a car with existing water damage and leaks. Ghost appointments that they set up without actually setting them up. Absent owner who obviously doesn't care after multiple attempts to reach with any contact throught the entire situation. Puzzles me how VW has their name with individuals who blatantly commit fraud and scam people out of their money. Either intentionally or not, this dealership never held there end of the deal. Nothing but excuses and can't do. With other reviews I see it's obviously not isolated. Stay away from team gunther, any other vw is fine. Have a good experiences with the vw in mobile as they will actually do work. Save your original paperwork and don't let these scammers get you to. More

We demanded a manger and he told us the mechanic wasn’t there that day and this was an isolated incident. But if you look at reviews online there are hundreds of bad reviews about Kia in Daphne. He didn’t seem to care about the situation and refused to speak to me once I got upset. When we were leaving we actually saw the mechanic that the manager had just told us wasn’t there. Very very unprofessional!!! Please don’t make the same mistake we did and just go somewhere else. More
