UPDATE: Upgraded to 5 stars… After some communications issues with the dealership, I worked with Ashley to schedule service. I brought my vehicle in and was met by Joey, the service advisor. Worst experience we've ever had from a service department. Lied to us about the codes which we had already acquired from as independent mechanic. Told us 3 different scenarios of which neither mad department. Lied to us about the codes which we had already acquired from as independent mechanic. Told us 3 different scenarios of which neither made any sense. Wanted to charge us 900 plus dollars for a throttle body change out. After taking the vehicle to another Kia service department, engine had to be replaced under warranty. That was the original code we received before we took it to Gunther. I told us the problem has been fixed. Not return our calls and told corporate Kia that they had tried to contact us for times. Pure Crooks!!! Why would we ever return to buy another Kia from that dealership, can't understand that mentality. More
Purchased a 2015 BMW X1 from the dealership 2 weeks ago. The car was leaking oil 1 week after purchase. Actually, I had to add oil the day after I left the dealership. 1 week of driving and the oil began to The car was leaking oil 1 week after purchase. Actually, I had to add oil the day after I left the dealership. 1 week of driving and the oil began to flow. Called the service department and got no response. I ended up taking my car to an auto repair shop and the oil gaskets were leaking and needed replacing. There is absolutely no way that they did not know about this. Sold a car with this issue! $900.00 could have fixed this and saved a future customer. I was very pleased with the young man who sold me the car. It was his first sale. However, the dealership should be ashamed of selling a vehicle that was leaking oil and not disclosing the issues. More
I purchased a 2013 Acura TL in March of 2021. Was told the car was in amazing condition, checked all the boxes etc. Only FIVE months later my transmission is shifting hard and slipping gears. We have spent over $2000 so far in repairs and it’s still not fixed. The mechanic said it had salt erosion and almost no scheduled maintenance had been done. I was lied to and scammed. This dealership is not honest or reliable. More
They put dealer add ons on my finance paperwork without even discussing it with me. Luckily the ding shield can be canceled, but the other protective film can't be removed because they put it on the car. H even discussing it with me. Beware when signing your paperwork read over everything. I thought by law they had disclose add ons. That $500 I did not want to spend is enough for me to never visit their service department. They will never get any money from me again. Also on top of this they can't get me my spare key. More
The service department receptionist hung the phone up while I was trying to make an appointment to get the headlight fixed because I work at night which is a safety issue and traffic violation. She said that I could not wait in the lobby since there are Covid restrictions, which I understand but she was rude about it and hung up the phone. WHAT professional does that? WHAT employer puts up with that? Since when do companies not have customer satisfaction? The Worst experience EVER! This Kia vehicle also has other issues with it like the drivers window goes down at random. The USB port for android auto has never worked. I wish I had done my due diligence and read the reviews before purchasing from this dealership. More
Absolute worst in my 50 years of living. Purchased new VW Atlas, dangerous steering issues, absolute worst service ever! VW customer care also! Service rep was argumentative and dismissed our safety concerns over what has been researched as a serious and dangerous issue with these vehicles. He insisted that it was just a stabilizer bar end link, I knew better because I have a mechanical and technical background. Took it in for the so-called minor issue only to be told then that it was the electronic steering box, and that they would have to have special permission from VW to order and replace! Total xx as I researched the steering knuckle issues with these vehicles. No idea when the part would be in or when the vehicle would be repaired. No offer of courtesy vehicle as he stated the owner doesn’t do courtesy vehicles but rather had us continue to drive an unsafe vehicle. In the presence of another co-worker as well as ours after we were getting back into an unrepaired vehicle, I was called an “xxxxxxx” and watched him use hand gesture of putting a gun to his head! Called to speak with service manager, no response. Called to speak with general manager/owner, no response. Contacted VW customer care and got nowhere so we got rid of the vehicle and will never buy another VW ever! My advice is do your research on dealers before you consider buying anything no matter what make or model. Also beware of the shady finance manager and his backend financing rates where he tacks on additional APR on top of what the bank offers. More
