The ONLY concern for this business is making MONEY! They will take advantage of customers and rip you off for as much money as you will let them. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. They do not care about their customers After they make money off you consider yourself completely cutoff! They will not return your calls and when you call them they are rude and give you the runaround. You're better off going to Dean Mcreary in Mobile, Al service is way better!! More

We believe we got a decent fair price and were satisfied with most of the detailing. Except they put their dealership name on the back window. For the 1st time in my life (over 50 years) I bought a car that came with only 1 key. This is a electronic starting car with push button start. If we lose this key fob, no telling what the cost would be. We were lead to believe by our sale person Shawn Pomeroy, that previous owner had probably left other key fob at home and he would call and get it for us. Days later and after a number of calls we discovered that previous owner didn't have another key fob or wouldn't be providing it. Shawn told us he would try and get us one at cost from local Hyundai dealer. This also come to a dead end. I called the Hyundai dealer myself and was told total cost would be $350 for a 2nd key fob. This is simply and honestly outrageous. In the meantime we got a call from Josh Gunther asking if he could help us in any way. We explained our problem with the key fob and were told he would need more info and would get back with us. I called him back and so did my wife and got NO RESPONSE. So folks, if you buy a car from these people you better get everything in writing and make sure everything is as you like and need, before you finalize deal. All this has happened within the last 4 weeks and are obviously they are not going to help us with this problem. This dealership may leave you with some unresolved and possibly large out of pocket expense. More

The salesperson Was very friendly BUT the sales manager Tommy and his finance manager have no clue what is going on! We told them the vehicle was not going to be driven,licensed in Alabama and yet we received a title. Now they expect us to pay sales tax to the tune of $800.00+.when it is being gifted to another family member. This was explained to 3 hear me 3 different parties. No one is on the same page there and they don't listen to the customer. When we arrived to pick up the car after it came off the truck a day later, it was filthy! The engine wasn't even cleaned, it had not been washed and there wasn't any sigh of it being vacuumed. I had to wait for it to be detailed when we were told it was ready. This was a couple of hours of wasted time. There are way better dealers with staff who know what they're doing. Communication is severely lacking here. Won't recommend ever! Very phony personnel, does not return calls to resolve issues after a week. They're always with a customer or in a meeting! No one calls!!! More
