Avoid at all costs Our buying experience wasn't bad, but the day we went to sign the papers on a car with only 3700 miles on it, we were told they only had one key, but Our buying experience wasn't bad, but the day we went to sign the papers on a car with only 3700 miles on it, we were told they only had one key, but that the previous owner was going to drop off the other. This was while we were waiting on the paperwork...and we believed what we were told. We were also told that they had a blank key and could make one for us if necessary. When we got our new convertible home, we discovered the back headrests were also missing...they had put the cover for the soft top in the trunk and we mistakenly thought the headrests were under it. We sent an email to Bruce, our salesperson, and he responded with "We have not been able to locate the headrest or key the prior owners were Snowbirds unable to get in touch sorry". We emailed Paul LaRock, the sales manager, through their website and never got any response. We called Ashley, the owner's wife who also works there, and left a message. No response. Our frustration is that they kept saying how it was basically a brand new car at a used car price...well, I expect a brand new car to have all the headrests and at least two keys. And if they couldn't locate them, at least offer to replace the missing headrests at a discount to us, and make us a new key. We are so disappointed in how things were handled. So my advice is run, don't walk, to another dealership and avoid this one. Once they get your signature, they don't care and won't respond to you. We should have cancelled the deal the second we discovered the missing items, but we trusted what we were being told. More

Wonderful!! I live in Birmingham, but have family in Daphne. I decided to recruit my uncle and mother’s help in locating a vehicle over my (teacher) spring break. I’ve recently read about the Kia Sorento on Consumer Reports and they scored really well, so knew I had to have this reliable and stylish SUV! My experience with Team Gunther was amazing! David was my sales guy and Ashley did the financing for us. They were both courteous, friendly, and very helpful with all of my questions. We ended up driving away with a smile on our faces, in a 2018 Sorento, and a personalized Auburn decal (made to order while we waited!) We definitely recommend this dealership and crew!
