Bill was a good sales person but *** in finance is a liar and very rude..I purchased a used car price of car was ok and payments were where i wanted them....Now i know my credit wasnt the best and i neeeded and very rude..I purchased a used car price of car was ok and payments were where i wanted them....Now i know my credit wasnt the best and i neeeded a co-signer which I had, we worked the deal and everything was fine....Well so I thought....Two weeks later I receive a call from Jim or may be Glenn saying I needed to bring the car in so they could take a picture of the car for the finacing company..ok well i wasnt goint to rush back because i had been there three times already so they should have had the picture they needed in my opinion before they even sold the car..well 4 days later I still hadnt went back 45 miles for a picture because I have a life that doesnt include running to addys harbor for them to take a picture...Well the finance manager calls and is very rude telling me it had to be done that day and they couldnt come to me to take the picture, but they could go to my co signer house for her to sign the contract...WOW so i go that night only to find out that the financing didnt go through the way they thought it was and my payment were being raised due to an increase in the intrest rate...So at this point I am pissed not because of the financing but becuase I was lied to about a freakin picture (what did he think I wouldnt have come back) so he had to lie to me when all he had to say was there was an issue with financing and we need you to come in to go over the options point blank. instead of being rude as if it was my fault they didnt have a picture. When I went in I was honest about my credit situation and my car trade in and all I never gave them any reason to feel like they had to lie to me.. Needless to say I signed the new papaers but will never go back and will NEVER recommend them to anyone....All because of the liar that called me from financing and how rude he was......So if you ever buy a car from them and tey call you and say you need to come back for a picture just know that it is a lie..... Im 500 miles away and when I tell you its Awesome to deal with these guys I mean it. I have bought 2 Dodge Charger srt8 from Addy's. First one was in 2006. Up here in New Jersey they wanted 5000 above sticker.. Addy's took off from sticker. The next car I bought was 09 Challenger srt8 from From Jersey. At a 5 star Dodge dealership. The runaround I had to get to just get a normal price and normal finance rate (6%..still not good). The car ended up having 1500 hundred miles on it. Stupid me bought cause I waited for 3 months for it. Now I just bought over the phone AGAIN a 2013 Charger srt8 from Addy's and AGAIN got money off sticker, better trade in value, and NORMAL KIND SERVICE. I'm no dummy. I research this car and went to many dearlers up here. Nobody understood how to buisness better then Addy's. Even when Bill and I settled on a number, I still freaked out cause I was so paranoid and scared from these animals up here that Bill, not only make me feel comfortable but understood why I felt so Paranoid cause he knows what goes on up here that you " southerners" take for granted. Anytime one of you feel " un easy or pressured" come with me to a dealer up here. You'll end up giving your house away. Ungreatful people. More

Got a call from employee, was asked why i did not purchase car, tols her that the payment was more then I wanted to spend. Employee asked me what I wanted my payment to be I told her and she said she was going to speak to the Gm and call me back. Employee called me back and said GM would make my payment work that I should come back and fill out the paperwork. Told Employee I would speak to my wife and call back, 15 mins later employee called again and asked if I was coming back, I told her I still needed to speak with my wife I would call back in 45 mins, Asked if she was sure they could make the deal. Employee told me the car was a 2012 and that they were a volume dealer and the gm would make it work to sell the car. I asked what time they closed and she told me 9:00pm, I told her I would be back around 6:30. I called back to dealer while I was on my way to make sure we were all set, and it was confirmed. Got to dealership sat down with the finance guy, he looked puzzled when i told him what they said the payment was supposed to be. Finance guy got up and spoke with GM and came back, Tried to numbers again and they still were not where they were supposed to be. Finance guy told me it was 2 dollars less then when i was there the first time. We both got up and went to speak to the GM, GM was rude and condescending when speaking to me, I asked if he was from the north, at that point he jumped up to get in my face and ask why it mattered if he was from the north. I told him it did not matter but I could tell by his tone and demeanor. He then asked me to leave. More
My husband has drug me to many many dealerships over the last few years, but I have to say this was the BEST experience I have had!! Every one was friendly, and 100% straight forward. They seem to follow t last few years, but I have to say this was the BEST experience I have had!! Every one was friendly, and 100% straight forward. They seem to follow the no bull clause which is much appreciated when it comes car sales men! It was comforting to see familiar faces employed there, adds to the comfort factor and trust! They were extremely busy, and not once were we left sitting wondering what was going on with our deal. The only complaint about our experience is that the final paperwork had been misprinted and we had to go back to resign. Not really a complaint, more so a inconvenience. We were also having problems arranging to have one of our trades brought in to them because we live farther away! No problem for them, they went the extra mile for us and had one of their own come and pick it up from our home! . I will recommend addys harbor to all of my friends and family looking for a new or used vehicle, u can't beat the care these guys give u!!!! More
On July 15th 2011 I purchased a 2002 Dodge Dakota from Addys Harbor Dodge in Myrtle Beach, Sc. Per the purchase agreement all 4 tires were replaced. On October 12, 2012 I took the truck for brake servic Addys Harbor Dodge in Myrtle Beach, Sc. Per the purchase agreement all 4 tires were replaced. On October 12, 2012 I took the truck for brake service at another location. I was told they were having trouble removing the wheels from the vehicle due to the lug nuts were seized and had to be drilled due to possible cross threading of the studs. If I had a flat tire on the road I would never been able to change the tire. As of today October 13, 2012 the service man has only been able to remove 3 of the wheels. More
OH MY GOSH!!! I see that the samething has happened to others that happened to me. We were sold a used vehicle on 9/29/12 there were somethings that we requested prior to the sale to be fixed on the truck others that happened to me. Our request was due to the truck had been blacked out, black wheels and running board. Not something a late 40's couple would like, so we request if there was something that could have been done, switch out the wheels with one of the other FORD on the lot, something. They said "We will remove it for you. A sales contract was done up we signed, call our insurance co. and made arrangements for our trade. ONE WEEK LATER.... We brought the truck back to them on 10/1/12 for the agreed repairs, 1st they had missing keys that we were told was not a problem that they would take care of getting this resolved. My husband and I waited for a call from the dealership that the truck was ready for pick up. 10/3/12 we stopped by since we had not heard for anyone to see what was going on. Greg who presents himself as the owners brother, came over and told us that he would personally take care of everything and told us that he was upset with "Mike" about not following up with us and that he would personally be our contact person. 10/5/12 we get a call from Nate who said our truck was ready, and did we want him to deliver the truck to my work place. NO, we said, we wanted to see the truck 1st, we would be by later on to pick it up. Well when we arrived, no-one wanted to speak with us. We were left sitting for 40mins. before we had to leave due to prior arrangements we had made. We were never called and ended showing up on the morning of 9/6/12. This is when we found out that the wheels had been damaged by the maintenance dept. and they sent Falu over to tell us that the deal was off that they were not going to sell us the truck because it would cost them too much money to fix it and that "THEY" could not take such a loss. REALLY- are u kidding me. I've had full coverage insurance put on the car for all this time and the tags switched over and our trade in delivered to this dealership and now they want to tell me this a week later- ONLY due to the fact that I walked into the door because none of these spineless people called us to inform us of the issues they were having. THEY ARE CROOKS, LIERS, FLIMFLAM ARTIST AND WILL LOOK YOU IN YOUR EYS AND TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO NOTHING. DON'T BE DECIEVED BY THEM. We were told that it would cost us another $1500 to put new wheels on the truck for them to sell it to us after we had already signed paperwork a week prior. The very same wheels that their maintenance staff worked on and messed up. OH and the best part is Big Mike said he knew this was a crappy thing to do and was so very sorry that no-one was stepping up with the dealership to take care of this. Wow if your own employee's think you suck, that says a lot about how you treat people. Its a game to them. they do this so that you will excuss them from any deal that they may make to close on you and later back out saying that they did not get it approved. Uh that's what we honest folks call Lying... More

The sales staff was attentive to our every need. We discussed options of new vs used. We discussed finance possibilities and they worked out everything to fit within the framework of our budget. So we went in looking at used and walked out with new. The staff did not hard sell us on anything. We were allowed to drive anything on the lot we chose including the Jaguar we initially went to see. We sat down and did a side by side comparison of our final two choices. The staff laid out the advantages of both. I must reiterate here that at no time did we feel uncomfortable or pressured.
