The communication of this service department is horrendous. It’s starts off promising, with them sending a text message stating any questions you have while the vehicle is in the service department horrendous. It’s starts off promising, with them sending a text message stating any questions you have while the vehicle is in the service department can be addressed through there. However, no one ever responds to your text messages. That leaves you to call the service department. When I was able to speak with my service advisor (Bryan Walker) he would give me partial information and then tell me he would look into it and call me back in 2 minutes. He never called me back. I had to have him chased down by another department to confirm he was in fact there. When I inquired about him not following up he stated he had other customers, I reminded him I was in fact one of his customers and he became defensive telling me he already spoke to me. He even claimed my wife and I authorized a repair and parts order that would take a week to get. My wife had never even been to the dealership.. His follow up was non existent. The only bright spot of the two week ordeal was Leighton, in Service. If he promised you he would get back in touch with you. He followed up and was good to his word. I could never in good conscience recommend this service department to anyone. In fact I would respond with avoid at all costs! More
