I cannot speak highly enough about Patrick. He was professional and courteous and spot on with the demonstration. I began looking for a new vehicle in the summer of 2012 with my husband. We visited a dealership in West Warwick and drove a Murano. I really liked the vehicle, but did not feel comfortable with the sales with my husband. We visited a dealership in West Warwick and drove a Murano. I really liked the vehicle, but did not feel comfortable with the salesperson. My husband passed away in September. I continued to look at the Nissans visiting the Balise dealership in Warwick. My first experience there was with an extremely unprofessional young man. I was looking for a vehicle with light leather interior, heated seats, etc. He was unable to show me anything and stated he would speak to his manager and contact me when they found a vehicle of that type. A week later I heard from another member of Balise that the young man was let go. I wasn't surprised. Again some weeks later I was in the area and stopped by the Balise dealership. It spoke volumes to me as a woman alone when not one sales person approached me. During this period I had been online sending out requests for a Nissan. Received very nice responses from Sharon Jorde from East Providence Nissan. The next time I was in that area I decided to stop. I was immediately approached and welcomed by salesperson Tom Peasely and Sharon. I did a test drive with Tom. Explained what I was looking for and he spoke with his manager Joe Cabral. The proceeded to search the New England area for the vehicle with the leather, etc. I was looking for. During this time the New England area was hit with 2 snow storms. This delayed the delivery of the vehicle to the dealership in East Providence. I received daily calls or emails from Joe or Tom letting me know the status of when to expect the vehicle. The Rogue came in and it was even better than I expected. Finishing the paperwork was a pleasure with the team in East Providence and I am now the happy owner of a 2013 Rogue. More
