This is by far, hands DOWN, the best dealership I have been too to purchase a vehicle. I had a sour taste in my mouth at first, but after e-mailing Sharon Jorde, I knew this was going to be different. Over the span of two days, we had gone back and forth via e-mail and she asked me to come in. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile at the front door by Bobby Calise. I told Bobby right off the bat that I wanted to lower my payments and upgrade to a Nissan Rogue. He was very honest with me and told me that the only way this would be possible is to consider leasing; which had never been explained to me at other dealerships. This man was so honest and really fought for me to get the price that I wanted. After my lease is up, I have EVERY intention of coming back to them again. If you are reading reviews, then you obviously care about the quality of customer service, and know that if you go to Nissan of East Providence, you will not be let down. These people are top notch! I did research for the vehichle I wanted in the auto solutions magazine, the free magazine for automotive search. The experience here at East Providence Nissan was very five star. I got there on a Sunday evening about a quarter past 4:00pm which is closing time for this dealership. I was still greeted at the parking lot by Adler one of the sales reps and asked inside to be helped. It turned out that the vehicle I was interested in was being serviced and I had to return the very next day. I came back a the next day, test drove the vehicle, it had already been serviced,inspected, and four hours later I was a proud new owner. Thank you Adler and East Prrovidence Nissan. More

We happened to see some of the dealership's cars on display at the Swansea Mall and was curious so we decided to stop in.
