Very disappointed in this dealership, after corresponding via email with the Internet "Sales Manager" we went in to sign for a purchase only to start the process all over again with someone new. Then after via email with the Internet "Sales Manager" we went in to sign for a purchase only to start the process all over again with someone new. Then after almost a 1/2 an hour of giving information on everything that was discussed earlier that day we were told they didn't even have the vehicle in stock! Whats even more disappointing is that they chased me when I did a TrueCar price through AAA. I even told them in our discussion via email I didnt like playing the good cop/bad cop routine with the sales & management staff and that I had a toddler so to make the drive and to find out they didnt even have the vehicle is just dispicable. More

When I purchase my 13 Nissan Altima it was a good experience. They washed the vechile and got it ready for me to take. Before I left that day I notice the back of car had a mark on it after speaking to Leo about it he told me serive was gone, but whe I do come back to get registatrion that he will take car of it for me. On Wednesday, June 26 I called Leo to let he know I will be in that night at 6pm and I will drop off my title for my old car, pick up registration and at that time have him wash my car to take car o that spot. I show up and he wasn't working and his asst was working and I told him what the plan was and he had no ideas, nothing was communicated to him. He told me I would have to see the supervisor of course know I had to wait and he also had no idea, I brought him out to show him the car and he had an attuide all so, and he actually lick his finger and rub the spot on the car to clean it, what poor customer service skills, I ask him if he is going to wash it like Leo told me and he told me that does take time and he wasn't aware of this but he knew I was very upset and he did this for me. But I am very very disipointed of how this was handle and how this was handle lack of communication between the staff and very poor customer service how they talk to me an to be washing my car by licking his finger and rubbing the spot. I do want to mention a positive about Joe cabal he was the manager on call the day of purchase and he was very professional and helpful to myself and my husband I just wish he was the manager on at the time when I did return because he made sure he did go the extra mile to make ups happy.. My husband and I stopped by Nissan one night on a whim a little before closing time to look around. We were greeted by Shane and immediately felt comfortable with him.
