I am a resident of CT, but I came to Nissan of EP because I was interested in a used RX350 which they had taken as a trade. Jim Cappalli, sales manager, greated me personally, answered our questions and at n I was interested in a used RX350 which they had taken as a trade. Bob was helpful in taking the road test, and looking over the vehicle to ensure I was satisfied. Dell completed all of the paperwork quickly - he is incredibly efficient. But the most amazing part of the experience was delivery - the next day they took the vehicle to the CT DMV for inspection and registration, then delivered it to my home in CT (about 3 hours from the delearship). I highly recommend this dealership - they truly take pride in giving their customers a pleasant, friendly buying experience! More
