When it was time to discuss price, Guy was completely upfront with the way the price was calculated. It was clear that he was not trying to take advantage of the customer, a feeling that have not felt in many other dealerships. All of the employees were welcoming and accomodating. It felt as though I was at home. I leased my first car from there over 7 years ago and have returned when my leases were up. I have sent many friends and family members to this dealership when they were looking for a car, especially to Guy. I just leased my third vehicle from WP Chrysler Jeep and can say without any hesitation that the experience was painless. From the moment I walked through the door everyone bid me welcome. Guy, my repeat salesman, already knew I was coming in and had prepared a number of options for me to review. My Grand Cherokee lease was ending and the wife and I decided to go with a Liberty this time for a number of reasons, but we still wanted the feeling of safety and dependability we had with a Jeep. We reviewed the terms of the proposed lease and cost; Guy and Augie made sure we received all the rebates available (repeat customer, etc.)and boy did they do their best. The monthly payment fit right into our budget. They located a number of vehicles that fit our criteria and the only remaining question was color; we had our choice. They asked when I wanted to pick up the new vehicle, which had to be after 6pm because of my work; it was ready when I got there, the end lease papers and the new lease docs were signed in no time and my insurance forms (which they handled) were ready. Done deal. Next day I received a follow up phone call to see if everything was OK and thanking me for my business. Would I recommend WP Chrysler Jeep? I already have and would do so any time. More

Excellent service and great people to work with. Guy was very flexible with me coming out of lease early and getting into a new Overland. Guy took the time to go over all the options with me, and had me take it out for a couple of test drives to make sure I liked it. From there we were able to take care of everything else over the phone. The Jeep arrived a week earlier than anticipated and it was ready to be picked up when Guy said it would. Less than a week after the purchase, Guy called to see how I was enjoying the Jeep. The entire staff at the dealership is great. They are all very friendly and help in any way they can. They worked around my schedule and stayed late one day, and came in early another just so I could get my test drives in. I would and have already recommended Guy to my family and friends. Each has purchased here and have all had the same great things to say. This is my 6th lease or purchase from this dealership and my 5th with Guy. Needless to say, I will be back! More

I have been using and referring this dealership for years and the service is what gets me and my friends/family to keep coming back. I recently turned in a Jeep Liberty after having it for only 10 months and and the service is what gets me and my friends/family to keep coming back. I recently turned in a Jeep Liberty after having it for only 10 months and purchased a Dodge Journey in its place. Joe was able to help me give back the Liberty with minimal cost to me and he was able to make it happen in 2 days to top it off. Guy was great with going over the new vehicle with me so I knew everything it had to offer. These guys even entertained my 4 year old daughter and gave her balloons to keep her busy while the grown ups conducted business. I will continue to use this dealership and refer them to anyone I know! More

Horrible. They changed the terms over and over again. Then tried to keep my money when I placed it to hold the vehicle while I came from vermont after I changed my mind. Wouldn't recommend at all. More
