Once I got to the dealership, Guy Forgione was great. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and made the process very easy. The best part was how he kept in contact with me between the day I made the purchase and the day I picked the vehicle up, making sure everything was set to pick up my returned lease. Guy even made an effort to hurry the process along, so that I would be able to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon before a weekend trip out of town. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of the experience. I have been purchasing from the White Plains Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Dealership for over ten years now. I have only used one sales person at this dealership and his name is Guy Forgione. Very professional, honest, excellent price given (all the time) and "never" any pressure when you go into the show room. They always have a hugh inventory to choose from also. As for the service dept, I always bring my other used cars there for servicing. (They service other makes and models besides there own) Excellent work from the mechanics and never an issue. The express oil change is by far the best. Tony, (who greets you when you arrive there) makes you feel very comfortable and gets you in and out without an issue. The waiting area is also very comfortable while waiting for a short time for the service you may need. When I drove to their lot, the first thing that came to mind was how great of a selection they have. When I walked in, there was no "awkwardness" either. It seemed like they were busy the day I went, but my salesmen, Guy Forgione, still made a great effort to answer each of my questions and explain everything to me, from features of the car to financing options. Guy was very patient and understanding and surprisingly I didn't feel pressured at any time. He even told me about discounts that I could receive, discounts that I didn't even know I could get, so that was really nice. He was actually working with me to make me happy and not against me to become just another sales' number. He and his team were very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. Guy, my repeat salesman, already knew I was coming in and had prepared a number of options for me to review. My Grand Cherokee lease was ending and the wife and I decided to go with a Liberty this time for a number of reasons, but we still wanted the feeling of safety and dependability we had with a Jeep. We reviewed the terms of the proposed lease and cost; Guy and Augie made sure we received all the rebates available (repeat customer, etc.)and boy did they do their best. The monthly payment fit right into our budget. They located a number of vehicles that fit our criteria and the only remaining question was color; we had our choice. They asked when I wanted to pick up the new vehicle, which had to be after 6pm because of my work; it was ready when I got there, the end lease papers and the new lease docs were signed in no time and my insurance forms (which they handled) were ready. Guy took the time to go over all the options with me, and had me take it out for a couple of test drives to make sure I liked it. From there we were able to take care of everything else over the phone. The Jeep arrived a week earlier than anticipated and it was ready to be picked up when Guy said it would. Less than a week after the purchase, Guy called to see how I was enjoying the Jeep. The entire staff at the dealership is great. They are all very friendly and help in any way they can. They worked around my schedule and stayed late one day, and came in early another just so I could get my test drives in. I would and have already recommended Guy to my family and friends. Each has purchased here and have all had the same great things to say. This is my 6th lease or purchase from this dealership and my 5th with Guy. Needless to say, I will be back! More
