I am extremely happy with the tremendous amount of help I have received with Mr. Forgione on making my decision with the Jeep Liberty. This is now my fourth lease with a Jeep Liberty due to the wonderfull features it has to offer. The manual transmission gives better gas mileage. Plenty of headroom and seating. A simple shifter makes changing modes easy in wet weather or four wheel drive in snow. Most of the controls are sensible and self-explanatory. Once I got to the dealership, Guy Forgione was great. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and made the process very easy. The best part was how he kept in contact with me between the day I made the purchase and the day I picked the vehicle up, making sure everything was set to pick up my returned lease. Guy even made an effort to hurry the process along, so that I would be able to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon before a weekend trip out of town. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of the experience. Very professional, honest, excellent price given (all the time) and "never" any pressure when you go into the show room. They always have a hugh inventory to choose from also. As for the service dept, I always bring my other used cars there for servicing. (They service other makes and models besides there own) Excellent work from the mechanics and never an issue. The express oil change is by far the best. Tony, (who greets you when you arrive there) makes you feel very comfortable and gets you in and out without an issue. The waiting area is also very comfortable while waiting for a short time for the service you may need. When I drove to their lot, the first thing that came to mind was how great of a selection they have. When I walked in, there was no "awkwardness" either. It seemed like they were busy the day I went, but my salesmen, Guy Forgione, still made a great effort to answer each of my questions and explain everything to me, from features of the car to financing options. Guy was very patient and understanding and surprisingly I didn't feel pressured at any time. He even told me about discounts that I could receive, discounts that I didn't even know I could get, so that was really nice. He was actually working with me to make me happy and not against me to become just another sales' number.
