I had a horrible experience. I was told my 80,000 mile service would be 499.95. However, they tried to bill me 585. I had a 50 dollar coupon, so they still overbilled me at 535. When I got there, they also told me a tire sensor replacement would be 125 for the part and 50 labor. However, they billed me 250 total for the tire sensor replacement. In addition, I dropped my car off at 9:40 am and was told it would be ready at 11:15 am. I kept checking in starting at 11:45 and kept being told it was almost done and just another 45 minutes. My car, however, was not ready until 3:30. I would never go to this service center. More
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from the dealer. The car was dirty inside and out when I bought it. I did purchase it (after I was told they would match my interest rate my bank would give me but of The car was dirty inside and out when I bought it. I did purchase it (after I was told they would match my interest rate my bank would give me but offered me 6.2). I had trouble with the Jeep from the start- it was pulling to the left and right. I brought it back, they told me it was the ball joints and that I needed to come back because they didn’t have the part. After fighting for two days I was finally allowed to have a rental. In the meantime I spoke with the used car salesman who openly admitted they DID NOT look at the Jeep before selling it to me and told me they would “go through it with a fine tooth comb.” I was told ALL the breaks were done when picking it up. I did test drive it around White Plains and the check engine light came on. I called the service department and they told me “I can bring it back but the rental I had was just sold.” Which it wasn’t because I was given the same rental back! Fast forward to now I have my mechanic look at the back breaks who stated they were not changed when the front ones were. I called the dealer who is under new ownership. Explained my story, he kindly told me I was handed an invoice (which I was not, Christian was supposed to mail me) and explained “we sell the used cars at 50%, the back breaks didn’t need to be done.” Thank you for all your help. Brought my 2019 jeep overland lease in because there was an oil stain on engine block. They said it was hoses leaking going to engine and radiator leak. Powertrain warranty is 50k I have 36k they said if I speak to the sales manager for a new lease they might be able to get it under power train warranty. I spoke to the sales manager and then he said he had to get back to me. Hours later without a car I call Christian the service guy back and he said he has to hear from sales guy if I'm gonna work with him on new jeep. Frigid sales pitch to get a new jeep when I need my car fixed.... I said I don't have time and need my car asap for work. So I picked it up unfixed and they charged $180 diagnostic fee. No solution just bs. More
