I give them one star, because i don't want anyone to think I forgot to rate them. I took my Hummer EV in on December 10th, 2024, and still do not have it back 10 weeks later. Worse is the fact that I st think I forgot to rate them. I took my Hummer EV in on December 10th, 2024, and still do not have it back 10 weeks later. Worse is the fact that I still can't get an idea of when I might get it back. It went in for a mandatory "update". Apparently they fried the electrical system while doing the work. I found out through back door channels that the parts came in 2 weeks ago, but they still haven't touched it. They are waiting for a motor that controls the bed cover. As if I want to wait for that. I told them last Tuesday to just get it running and give it back. Still no Hummer and no answer as to when I will get it. Terrible, terrible customer communications. I've asked for management to call me, but that doesn't happen either. More

Not only is he personable, considerat Gorman in particular. We have been trusting Greg with our vehicles for years, and he has never disappointed us. Not only is he personable, considerate, and kind, but efficient and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles he schedules for service. If we have an unexpected repair, he is gracious enough to answer all questions thoroughly and explain in detail what is needed and why. It is rare to find all of those qualities in one person, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have Greg, the Assistant Service Manager, as the leader of our dedicated service team.
