I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. We discussed my tires, Since I know nothing about cars except to drive and put gas in them.He kindly emailed me the top name brand, their quality and prices Im not yet ready for them but I will definitely seek Richard's help at Tasca when I do. Kudos to Ryan S for the assistance on my Caddy. Came in for oil change and forgot to ask to rotate tires. He quickly called the workman and had it done for me. He also spent time explaining about key fob covers! Thank you!
