I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. We discussed my tires, Since I know nothing about cars except to drive and put gas in them.He kindly emailed me the top name brand, their quality and prices Im not yet ready for them but I will definitely seek Richard's help at Tasca when I do. From being introduced to the sales manager Max and finally to my salesman, Chad they both were extremely helpful and provided an overall excellent experience. Chad listened to my needs and also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very personable and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
