We have always had good friendly service at Tanner's. I was told by another garage I needed to have my drive shaft replaced and it would cost $4000+. I took it to Tanner to verify what I was told and f I was told by another garage I needed to have my drive shaft replaced and it would cost $4000+. This is my rating for the Service Center Department only! The Service Center rating for me was 5 Star because they listened to a major issue I personally had with the Sales Department at the same Tanner Niss The Service Center rating for me was 5 Star because they listened to a major issue I personally had with the Sales Department at the same Tanner Nissan located as part of the Tanner Nissan Service Center owned by Tanner Nissan. The Service Department corrected a major mistake the Sales Department created by promising me a 2nd key FOB but then failed to deliver my promised key FOB. Because of the correction of the mistake and the exceptionally good service by the Service Department I highly recommend the Service Department and treatment by the entire Tanner Nissan Service Department. The Service manager, Chris Silver, along with his assistants, MAX Ostergren & Garyck Ellington were all 5 star ratings for doing for me what they promised to do. They have my assurance that my vehicle will be brought to them for all my service needs for my vehicles. Jack Henson. More
