This is my rating for the Service Center Department only! The Service Center rating for me was 5 Star because they listened to a major issue I personally had with the Sales Department at the same Tanner Niss The Service Center rating for me was 5 Star because they listened to a major issue I personally had with the Sales Department at the same Tanner Nissan located as part of the Tanner Nissan Service Center owned by Tanner Nissan. The Service Department corrected a major mistake the Sales Department created by promising me a 2nd key FOB but then failed to deliver my promised key FOB. Because of the correction of the mistake and the exceptionally good service by the Service Department I highly recommend the Service Department and treatment by the entire Tanner Nissan Service Department. The Service manager, Chris Silver, along with his assistants, MAX Ostergren & Garyck Ellington were all 5 star ratings for doing for me what they promised to do.
