I was quoted a price on the phone before I came. I made sure of the price because I could have done the work myself but figured if it was reasonable I would have the dealer do it. Once the work was complete the invoice was 40% more than originally quoted. Not only that, but they also added a disposal charge that if it were legitimate I may have overlooked but due to the dishonest practices I just witnessed I was confident they would have just thrown my old parts in the regular trash. I actually read something like this as a review of this dealership on the Internet and figured maybe it was an isolated incident but I am starting to think this maybe business as usual. I didn't have time to go back in the service center to explain the problem. I had an appt to get to. I am upset that no one mentioned a problem with my driver side door. Someone had a problem with it. I suggest that someone tried to close the door with the seatbelt in the way and jammed it closed. I do want it fixed, at your expense. Also, my car started to make a clicking sound in the front left wheel after I picked it up. I am very busy and don't have time to set another appt. right now. A frustrated customer, Pat More

Frequent Flyer at Tamoroff for service and parts. Now drive out of my way to use the service since my office moved to Detroit. Typically very pleased with service. Oil change and wiper blades took 1.25 hrs and just detailed spotless car was sent through their car wash only to leave it dripping wet, spotted and with the armor all washed off on the tires (gee thanks). Normally would appreciate a free wash, but not under these circumstances. Someone needed to stop and think "Do I really need to send this through the car wash?" Cashier was very nice and very professional. More
I cannot say anything negative about my recent experience with Tamaroff Honda other than the fact that I was told that they do not offer financing for there service department. I was told that it would be $ with Tamaroff Honda other than the fact that I was told that they do not offer financing for there service department. I was told that it would be $5400 (est) to repair/replace the transmission in my 2001 Odyssey. I explained that I could not afford the full $5400 up front and asked for financing. I was told that financing wasn't offered. I tried (unsuccessfully) to get financed through banks and credit unions. Ultimately I was forced to have my vehicle towed away from the lot before any parking fees were added to the inspection charge. Currently my vehicle is sitting parked in my driveway as I have been unable to get financing for the repairs. More
