I brought in my 2003 Accord (178,000 miles)for diagnostic service. It's a manual-trans vehicle and the clutch has not been disengaging adequately. The results were not encouraging, but fair. I was quoted a price on the phone before I came. I made sure of the price because I could have done the work myself but figured if it was reasonable I would have the dealer do it. Once the work was complete the invoice was 40% more than originally quoted. Not only that, but they also added a disposal charge that if it were legitimate I may have overlooked but due to the dishonest practices I just witnessed I was confident they would have just thrown my old parts in the regular trash. I actually read something like this as a review of this dealership on the Internet and figured maybe it was an isolated incident but I am starting to think this maybe business as usual. I didn't have time to go back in the service center to explain the problem. I had an appt to get to. I am upset that no one mentioned a problem with my driver side door. Someone had a problem with it. I suggest that someone tried to close the door with the seatbelt in the way and jammed it closed. I do want it fixed, at your expense. Also, my car started to make a clicking sound in the front left wheel after I picked it up. I am very busy and don't have time to set another appt. right now. A frustrated customer, Pat More
