I brought my car in about 3 weeks ago to have it checked and worked with Matt. He advised me of the issue with the car and told me to bring it back for a recheck after 1000 miles. Here's my complaint in a nutshell. My vehicle was dropped off at Tamaroff Honda the at the end of May. There was only $2,700 worth of damage to the vehicle. The insurance estimates were made very quickly from Allstate, but I felt it took Tamaroff far too long to fix my car and have it back to me. In fact, it was promised to me twice at earlier dates and wasn't ready either time I came in to pick it up. The first time I was told it would be "another week" and the second time I was told " the body shop mechanic didn't show up to work so he couldn't put my car back together in time as promised." Seriously? Also, there are two employess named Christina working in the body shop office. Everytime I called and asked for Christina I would alway here "your car is being handled by the other Christina". Maybe Tamaroff's body shop manager should eliminate this confusion and simply have one of the ladies be referred as Chris, Chrissy or Christine to avoid the confusion. I am confident the repairs were done correctly, but very disappointed in how long it too to get my car back. More

My greeting was less than favorable (being called a sir, when clearly I'm a woman - if you aren't sure "good morning" would've sufficed). Being asked has your car being serviced here before several times (I bought the vehicle from this dealership). Once my vehicle was finished via the recall I was offered multiple other service options for my vehicle that weren't required but nice suggestions. I went for a recall notification nothing more, nothing less. The service guys weren't really friendly and that is why I choose not to have my vehicle serviced by the dealership in the past 2 years after purchase. I've had numerous bad experiences (i.e. wrong part ordered for my vehicle which placed me in a rental for several days and requiring me to leave my job several times because the vehicle was ready but in fact it was not) in the past. I decided to give them another try and thought this time would be different however; it was not. More

I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot at Tamaroff. I called Tamaroff after seeing the vehicle on the internet and was put in contact with a salesperson named Mel. After talking with Mel on the phone about the vehicle for two days and negotiating a very fair price, I drove 5 hours from the U.P. to look at and hopefully purchase the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle and taking it for a test drive, I had one concern about the vehicle that I wanted addressed before I was willing to purchase it. Mel and a Tamaroff manager named Eric went out of their way to ensure that my concern was addressed to my satisfaction. It was starting to get late on a Friday evening, but Mel and Eric kept assuring me that they were more concerned about my issue being addressed and about me being completely satisfied than they were about what time they got to leave work on a Friday night. My concern was dealt with to my satisfaction and I purchased the vehicle. My experience with Tamaroff was a very good one. All the employees that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful, especially Mel and Eric. I will definitely attempt to purchase my next Honda or Nissan vehicle from Tamaroff before I look anywhere else. More
Best customer service: friendly, no bull-crap, great pricing, just plain wonderful! They even waited for me 20 minutes past closing to save me time and energy. Told me I needed new rear brakes on my 2007 CRV. Wouldn't honor a coupon from another local Honda dealer for a brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing. Told me he'd "been in the business a long time" and implied that I didn't know what I was talking about when I said I thought they'd honor their own coupon. Guess what, the other dealer honored the coupon and told me I could have waited another 1000-2000 miles before replacing the brakes. I didn't wait because the coupon would have expired. More

I called this dealership because i was so diasatified with LA FONTAINE HONDA but when i called the sales guy JEFF ( dont know his last name) was on point he stated to me that he only been there for 4 wee with LA FONTAINE HONDA but when i called the sales guy JEFF ( dont know his last name) was on point he stated to me that he only been there for 4 weeks but his performance and attitude was execellent ( i give him an A+) so with that being said i know were i will be bringing my Honda Pilot to get mt oil change and any other service that i might need in the future oh yeah and the wait time was even better THANKS JEFF i will be seeing you soon .
