This was unquestionably the most satisfying automobile purchase experience that my wife and/or I personally have had in nearly 5 decades. I would go so far as to say that any future purchase we would mak purchase experience that my wife and/or I personally have had in nearly 5 decades. I would go so far as to say that any future purchase we would make would be with a request to specifically work with Mr. Rahman, or alternatively delay the process until he became avaiable to assist us. If you could clone him, the dealership would unquestionably be the best ever. More
Found the Used Honda i wanted at their lot and called about it and spoke with Wes. Wes was nice on the phone but did not like to return phone calls in the amount of time he promised. I had to do most o about it and spoke with Wes. Wes was nice on the phone but did not like to return phone calls in the amount of time he promised. I had to do most of the calling. We agreed to a price over the phone, then last minute right before i was getting ready to head up there to purchase the car he called and said the agreed price was no longer a deal. I asked to speak to his manager and his manager said he could do nothing for me since we did not have it in writing. Finally Wes confessed to his boss that he did agree on a price and the manager called me back saying they are loosing all kinds of money but he ''guesses'' he will honor the price. I drive over an hour to the lot(keep in mind Wes said the 06 Honda accord is in mint condition) to find a beat up smokers car. The vinyl was coming up on the dash. The middle console fabric was coming apart, there was tar on the rocker panels. I was not happy about this. He basically lied to me to get me in the door and then hit me with the changed price and the suprises on the car. Very unsatisfied customer here. I would highly not reccomend this dealership to ANYONE PERIOD. I felt like i was dealing with a small time cheap car lot, not the big named Tamaroff. More
I was originally there just for an oil change but I also had an issue with my muffler being out o place because a hitch was put in improperly by another company. I asked Brett to look at it to see what he t had an issue with my muffler being out o place because a hitch was put in improperly by another company. I asked Brett to look at it to see what he thought I should do. The problem was simple and I came out of the customer lounge to find that Brett just fixed the small problem so I didn't have to take it back to the place of installation. That made my day. It saved me time and hassle. I will be bringing my car back (this was my first time here) as well as my fiances car. I know I can trust Brett. More
I take meticulous care of my 2011 black Honda Civic. I hand wash it, micro towel dry it, hand wax and spray detail it often. Last week, a delivery truck driver accidentally opened his door into the lef hand wash it, micro towel dry it, hand wax and spray detail it often. Last week, a delivery truck driver accidentally opened his door into the left rear quarter panel and left a nasty ding. I took it to Tamaroff Honda and they gave me an estimate of $574.00. I approved the repairs, which I was promised would take 2 days. Three days later the repairs were complete, however I had to pick up my car at 9:30 pm (I used my spare key), so I couldn't tell how good or bad the work was. The next morning, while washing and detailing the car, I noticed how filthy it was and numerous problems with Tamaroff's work. There were large areas of clear coat over-spray on the trunk lid, the connection between the new paint and the old paint (above the door) was very dull, there were globs of adhesive on the trunk lid, scratches on the front door and newly painted quarter panel, scratches on the hood and roof, gum like adhesive around the side rear window (where they taped it off) and a black grease stain on the passenger seat. I called Christine and made arrangements to bring the car back. When I arrived, Christine said that she had never seen problems like this before and couldn't imagine how they could have done it (implying that I was somehow responsible), then backed down after seeing all the issues and agreed to fix the long list of problems. It was raining when I picked up the car, so once again I was unable to thoroughly check out their work, and it rained the entire following day. On Sunday, I hand washed and detailed the car and much to my chagrin, found new and different scratches on the hood and roof, the connection between the quarter panel and roof (above the door) was still very dull, new scratches on the side view mirror, new and different scratches on the trunk lid and new scratches on the front quarter panel. It looked as though the guy who wheeled out the first set of problems, dragged the air line across the unprotected finish of my car, inadvertently or negligently creating as many problems as he had fixed (I suspect this is what caused the scratching the first time too). Today I called Christine and told her about the new scratches and she immediately went off ranting about how this "couldn't have happened and that no one touched the car while it was in the parking lot." I explained that I didn't think the scratches occurred in the parking lot, but rather they happened during the buffing process and resulted from the air hose rubbing across the unprotected finish. She insisted I was wrong because "that's not how they do it." Reluctantly, she suggested I bring the car back again, which I did this morning. When I arrived, Christine claimed to be "too busy to see me" and handed me off to Doug (who was warned of my arrival and extremely defensive). I showed Doug (who never saw the first set of problems) the scratches, and his first, and repeated, reaction was that "they didn't do it" (once again implying that I scratched the car). His next strategy was "it's a black car, it shows everything" (implying that I was being too picky). Doug's next tact was to say, "there are scratches on the other side of the car" (implying that the scratches they caused should be accepted because there were small scratches on the other side of the car). I said yes, but I didn't pay you to scratch my car, I paid you to repair it. I told him of my theory that the air hose rubbing against the unprotected finish was likely the culprit, as it had been the first time around. Doug said that "I have never seen these types of scratches in my 25 years of car painting" and "there was no way they would accidentally drag an air hose across my car" (hence...I must have scratched the car and was looking for free repairs). I'm sure Doug is back in the body shop the entire time cars are being repaired, watching everything being done on each car (yeah right). To Doug's credit, he did say "I'm not saying we won't fix it" which is an interesting way of using a double negative, leaving me to assume he was trying to say that perhaps he would fix the problems, however, he never actually said he would fix them. Doug then said, "there is just no way we scratched your car" (yeah right, these scratches mysteriously appeared like the stigmata on the hands of Christ). I asked Doug if he could fix the scratches without causing more scratches and damage. He mumbled something about "being a black car and that there were other scratches on the car" and again said, "I didn't say we weren't going to fix it." I thought for a moment about Tamaroff's inability to do a good job the first time, and how they couldn't fix it the second time, and decided I would just live with the scratches. Doug seemed very happy with himself, and the fact that he wouldn't have to fix my car...a job well done Doug! An unsatisfied customer who gives up hope is not the same as a job well done! Tamaroff looks at every problem like a nail, and the only tool in their toolbox is a hammer. If that doesn't work, get a bigger hammer. If you want a great job, don't go to Tamaroff. If you want a good job, don't go to Tamaroff. If you want a mediocre job, don't go to Tamaroff. If you have an old farm tractor and you don't care how it looks when they're done, go to Tamaroff. Go to anyone but Tamaroff! More

Working with Alan was a pleasure. His very low pressure, laid back attitude is very pleasant, and he really could not have been more helpful during the whole process. I brought in my 2003 Accord (178,000 miles)for diagnostic service. It's a manual-trans vehicle and the clutch has not been disengaging adequately. The results were not encouraging, but fair. The necessity service. It's a manual-trans vehicle and the clutch has not been disengaging adequately. The results were not encouraging, but fair. The necessity of clutch replacement and its projected cost agreed with information I had previously obtained from the service department of another Honda dealer. The service department seemed to be very busy themorning of May 25, but I was in and out in about one hour. Pretty good! More
