I came in with a grinding sound when I applied the brakes. Matt said they were no longer a Buick dealer but he would do what he could to diagnos the problem and repair it. I also said that I was to meet a very good friend in Frankenmuth the following day but if necessary I would have to postpone. Matt call later and said they didn't want me to miss my trip to Frankenmuth and they could fix the brake problem that day. I certainly appreciate his (their) effort to quickly fix the problem. Service staff is very unfriendly. I have been there several times over a number of years and on this latest visit no one even acknowledged that they had ever seen me before.
