I have spent close to ten thousands of dollars if not more at Tamaroff Honda from Bodywork to service since I purchased my Honda from Ferndale. Unfortunately I had a lot of barriers during my last two ex more at Tamaroff Honda from Bodywork to service since I purchased my Honda from Ferndale. Unfortunately I had a lot of barriers during my last two experiences with Tamaroff. I expected to be able to get a ride using the shuttle back-and-forth to work even if it exceeded the 10 mile limit due to my customer loyalty. Previously employees were very helpful and service-oriented with allowing this to occur. It is very disheartening that I get my car serviced regularly and I no longer am allowed to get a ride to work. I was told to find a dealership closer to my job in order to get my car serviced. Tameroff is very convenient because it's close to where I live but now I'm going to have to make other arrangements since I can't be accommodated. I would hope Tamaroff will reconsider this policy however if they can't accommodate me I will have to take my business elsewhere. Another question I'm curious about is why I was charged for two half hours of labor and my car was completed in less than 45 minutes. Honda should really consider providing loaners for cars being served over an extended period of time. Shekenia Mann More

I came in with a grinding sound when I applied the brakes. Matt said they were no longer a Buick dealer but he would do what he could to diagnos the problem and repair it. I also said that I was to meet a very good friend in Frankenmuth the following day but if necessary I would have to postpone. Matt call later and said they didn't want me to miss my trip to Frankenmuth and they could fix the brake problem that day. I certainly appreciate his (their) effort to quickly fix the problem. Chris, you should be very proud of your service people. They do go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Do give Matt an extra pat on the back. My trip to Frankenmuth was great! The reason I will only come to your dealership is because of the absolute trust I have in Mark and the rest of the staff to prov live 30 miles away. The reason I will only come to your dealership is because of the absolute trust I have in Mark and the rest of the staff to provide me with the best service around. I am never oversold and every time I come in for service I learn something new in the care of my car. Your staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and other dealerships should really look to the excellent customer service you provide as a benchmark. More
