The only complaint I have is the availability of parts. I don't have much free time to drop my car off to be worked on so when I do get the opportunity I would like to get all issues taken care of in one st don't have much free time to drop my car off to be worked on so when I do get the opportunity I would like to get all issues taken care of in one stop. Every time I've have brought my car to your service, parts had to be ordered and I had to bring the car back for another day. I understand that you may not be able to carry, or want to carry, all parts for all vehicles. Although, being a Honda dealer I would expect that you would have a more expedient way to retrieve Honda parts from a local supplier or warehouse. . More
Drove more than 25 miles to get there. Place was busy and nobody seemed to even say hi to me... Went there because an internet add had a great deal on a new CRV EXL w/ Navigation but it turned out to be BS. nobody seemed to even say hi to me... Went there because an internet add had a great deal on a new CRV EXL w/ Navigation but it turned out to be BS. I don't appreciate being lied to about a deal or a price. At the end they did manage to give me a competitive price but the overall experience was awful. Over the phone was even worse as the 2 or 3 sales people I talked to immediately lost interest when I started asking about out the door price quotes. At the end I bought a brand new CRV from one of their local competitors, how I was treated made all the difference. I will NOT be returning here anytime soon... More
Excellent Service. Dave was very friendly and explained all the work to be done patiently. He also cleared all the questions I asked. Tamaroff also delivered my vehicle earlier than the expected delivery all the work to be done patiently. He also cleared all the questions I asked. Sean has been follow up with me all the time. He answered all my questions. He's willing to give me the price that he believes is hard to beat, that my many other dealers refused to do so. I was just looking around and really not planning of getting a new car that day. But I met Paul Kulesh who was the salesperson who helped us few months ago when my nephew leased a Honda Civic. He offere getting a new car that day. But I met Paul Kulesh who was the salesperson who helped us few months ago when my nephew leased a Honda Civic. He offered me to drive test a CRV which I was thinking of trading my Pilot 2003. He did a good job of expediting the trade in and went home with a new car. I would recommend him to anyone who wish to buy/lease a car. Very efficient salesman. More
The service was fast and efficient. The service advisor went over recommendations. I wanted to wait for the oil change. Prior to the service being performed, the service advisor advise the heat was not working in the waiting room, however, they had heaters. I felt that was a nice gesture. Also, people don't think it's important, but I appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting room and service bay. More
Matthew understood the issue I was having with my CRV with a noise I heard when braking, troubleshooted the problem with resolve of replacing front brake pads and turning rotors. The reason for the two 'great' ratings were because I learned that Tamaroff only provides courses shuttle within a 10 mile radius of dealership. I live 17 miles away and have no other means of being picked up and coming back to retrieve my vehicle. Had the shuttle service been available I wouldn't have had to spend over 4 hours waiting at the dealership. Since this seems to be the dealership's policy, I may have to rethink servicing my car at Tamaroff since I live within the 10 mile radius of two other dealerships, Page of Bloomfield offers courtesy shuttle within 15 miles for either drop off and/or pickup. The shuttle service could be the dealbreaker as to where I have my car serviced. I bought my car at Tamaroff and have tried to remain true to them for service. The quality of the service in the past has ranked very high - service in not an issue. Chris, you have worked with me on issues with a positive resolve in the past that has been very appreciative. Customer service ranks 'great' - it's just the courtesy shuttle that is an issue. As you can see - to continue using Tamaroff I have to drive further (at least 10 miles each way) and having to stay on site for any kind of service resulting in more of my time. Not sure I want to continue this practice. I appreciate the courtesy shuttle to Star Deli to get lunch while I waited. Thank you. More
