Understanding Customer service was great! They explain to me what and why services was needed and the recall was no problem. Well, two days went by and I notice the Customer service was great! They explain to me what and why services was needed and the recall was no problem. Well, two days went by and I notice there was still a leak. I took it back and they could not fine a leak. This is week 3 and it's still leaking. I will return for services the week and hope the problem can be solved. More

Oil change was paid for but work wasn't done. On Thursday, April 3, 2014 I brought my van to Tamaroff for an oil change and repair on the heating/cooling fan. I arrived at 9:30. I was told it wo On Thursday, April 3, 2014 I brought my van to Tamaroff for an oil change and repair on the heating/cooling fan. I arrived at 9:30. I was told it would take a few hours so I waited in the waiting room (which was rather chilly, by the way.) At 12:30 I was told the part for the fan was ordered and on the way. At 3:30 I was told that the oil change was being finished and the van would soon be ready. I wondered why the oil change hadn't been done earlier since I had already been there for 6 hours. I paid the bill. Shortly after, the van was brought around and I left. When I got home there was a message from Matt that the oil change hadn't been done after all. He said he would send someone to my home on Monday, April 7th to pick up the van, have the oil changed and return it to me. I told him to call me after 10:30. I was home by that time yesterday and was home all day and never got a phone call. I haven't heard from anyone today. I've been dealing with Tamaroff for nearly 12 years and have never had an experience like this. How do you think you could remedy this? More
