The employee is very nice and professional. Only the service took longer time than I expected. I dropped off my car at 8 am, but it was not ready when I went back at 2:30 pm. I have brought my car in on several occasions but this was the first time that there was a representative there to just ask a few questions in regards to my needs i.e. trade in, lease etc. I have been thinking about a trade in for a while, but never initiated it as I thought it was not possible, nor really wanted to take the enormous amount of time to inquire. However, upon talking to Ms. Fenske, she took the time to inquire about this. Since I was going to work from there, it literally took a few minutes to get some information and told me I was eligible. From there she passed me on to a sales rep who contacted me and again, little time was spent. When I went in to sign the papers, it literally was come in and sign the papers. Not like other dealerships that have you there for hours. I was very impressed with the service that was given and now I will always go to Tamaroff for my cars. More
